You have to have a good shaped head from all angles and very distinguished facial features. Some guys pull it off well. Darker skin gives off a sexy look. The white round cue ball just doesn't cut it.

Hair doesn't make the man. If he's losing his hair all I'd expect is that he keeps it trimmed not long and sloppy...no comb overs...no ponytail to compensate for lack of hair on top. Not all men can carry off the shaved head look. It does require a nicely shaped head.
