I have dated outside my race and had some good experiences and some not as good as I had expected but that doesn't have anything to do with race. I date to meet and get to know people so race isn't really an issue. I like women of all races.

I haven't yet, and here's why: A relationship is hard enough to maintain without adding cultural differences into the mix. That's not to say I definitely would not if I happened to meet someone that "did it" for me all around, especially in personality, but I have never specifically looked to date someone outside my race.

Lets not get mad at this girl for asking a question. She may be new and not have read past posts. I havent' even read them and I've been on this site for a few weeks now.
Different ethnic backgrounds only matter if you let them. There's no reason two people can't just educate one another about their background if the other has limited knowledge of said background.
It doesn't matter to me at all. I can say there's probably been fewer men of other races that I've been attracted to, but certainly not on purpose. If its a good lookin man I look...lol, no matter what shade of brown their skin happens to be. Cus when you break it down, thats all the difference really is. Different shades of brown.

The first major relationship I was ever involved in was with a Persian Muslim... which was a very odd match for me as an Ashkenazi Jew. While race and religion was never a big factor for us in particular, it was for other people. Other Muslims would constantly badger her for dating a Jew... and I certainly got some flak on my end too. While my family was supportive of the relationship, others were not so much.
My philosophy now is that I prefer to date inside my faith, simply because it gives a common bond to work with the beginning, but I would never make race a factor in dating.

You know what, dating outside your race is fine. For the past 8 years I have been overlooked by Black females. Currently, I am seeing a White girl, who I think is a sweetheart and who really likes me too.
So I think I have the answer to the solution of my problem of being overlooked by black girls. Date a white one. No wonder why some black men chase white women. It's probably because the black girls are not fullfilling their demands. In my case, specifically, black girls has not been fullfilling even half of what I am looking for from them, since the beginning of this decade.
Therefore, I am OK with interracial dating. With that in mind, I may not even consider dating black girls again, until they decide to meet my needs.
