I'd made a reference to that in an earlier post..lets define that..when you are dressed up for NIGHT (eye liner and mascara, not in a huge excess) and lets say you get "busy" and "forget" to take it off that night..so you wake up with a bit of it under your eyes.
not the Tammy Faye Baker look, although I guess that could be what some call Raccoon Eyes too.

I've seen a DH member like that. I will tell u her ID next time. She actually looks better without any make up on. But she doesn't know that. She looks much prettier without any of her make-up on. She doesn't know how to wear make-up/cosmetics.
