No back problems,no major sagging with age.The biggest plus,is being able to fit in all the cute tops I like...no special made bras either. I will keep my small boobies.

Truth, I use to work with a woman that had augmentation done, I you could tell they were fake. I questioned her one day on why she had it done and she told me that she did not like her body prior to the surgery. She showed me a photo of herself before, and I thought she was a knockout in the photo. I did not think she was better looking with the fakes. There are men that do like and adore women that have smaller breasts.

I've floated over to plastics and what I heard was a man wanted them, she wanted them for self confidence (and that comes from boobs?) but universally they had some sort of distortion of a healthy body image and that's in the mind, NOT the chest.

Unless they are so big that they are causing physiological problems, leave those breasts alone. As long as they have a nipple (one without hair growing out of it) they are just fine.
