Not sure Pacman has any more left in the tank after the defeats he suffered while waiting on Mayweather.
But in my opinion only...If Mayweather were to ever lose and suffer that one hiccup... I believe it would be by Pacman suddenly getting that old hunger back like he did while becoming a contender to even fight Mayweather.
There is a reason why Mayweather dodged De Lahoya and many other great fighters till after they suffered a loss or were nearing the end of their careers.
If that is the secret then Mayweather wins hands down.
He might end up undefeated. Simply amazing and incredible if you ask me. Sadly, he never fought anyone good in their prime. So, no one will ever vote him the greatest.

Mayweather got more business-sense than Tyson. You know Mayweather is hands-on during the promotion of his fights?
He set the terms. He also set his opponents' percentage of the revenue.
He has his own business entity, TMT (The Money Team).
After he retire, he will try to clean up boxing and do his own promotion to get fighters to fight under his promotion.....much like De La Hoya is doing.
He also was one of the candidates to purchase the Clippers when the Donald Sterling fiasco erupted but later backed out of negotiation.

There's likely to be a re-match clause in the boxers contract, win/lose/or draw.

I met George Forman. He's from Houston, too. Grew up in 5th Ward. The baddest area of town back then....still has alot of relevance today for its notoriety.
Anyway, George have 3 sons and named all of them:

Definitely the smartest boxer ever! I loved to see him wear boxers down by leaning on them with all his weight and being able to just lean back while his opponents swung wild. He was a riot to watch. I never will forget his Olympic matches- some of the best boxing ever recorded.

You serious boxing fans remember to watch the Ken Burns PBS special, Unforgivable Blackness - The Rise And Fall Of Jack Johnson. Hopefully they will re-run it again!
There were lots of silent film of his best boxing matches- including his first Heavyweight bout with the giant John L. Sullivan! It was both funny and a tiny bit sad to watch him make mushmeat out of that guy! Don't miss it!

Its a shame this wasn't set for 4 years or so ago. Manny was more at his prime, he didn't have as much wear and tear on him, and that one knock out likely took something out of him.
but I give him credit at least he fought worthy fighters.
Mayweather is the biggest sham boxing ever had, avoiding the real fighters, not fighting enough, etc, etc, etc.
Though he is crafty and fast..well skilled, the problem is people tried to beat him at his own game, but they didn't have his speed or defensive skills...the way to beat him is Joe Frazier style, go in low, take his light punches, smother him, and pound him into submission.
He's no boxing great to me, because he didn't fight enough, and carefully selected chumps he knew he could beat.
Imagine Ali....never fighting Sonny Liston, Joe Fraizer, Ken Norton, George Foreman, and fighting once in a blue moon.
There you go....I'm sorry he shouldn't be mentioned with the truly great fighters who never played games like he does.

I lean on Mayweather to win....because he wasn't had the wear and tear on him over the years like Manny did.
He really didn't fight that much and was careful not to take on an real worthy challengers who were still in their prime or by fighting chumps.
Manny was in some real battles, and it takes its toll.
Skill wise in their prime: mayweather is a little faster, better defense....but Manny hit harder and had a tenacity mayweather doesn't have as much....making it more even in their prime.
But they are not in their prime and again...you don't win against Mayweather by trying to beat him at his own game.
Personally I hope Manny wins and ends Mayweathers career, we don't need fake chumps in the boxing world...who think they are the greatest fighter ever, but never really fought anyone that great.
