Too bad the Feds have the Final say on this. It's not clear if your property will be seized by them. Here if you flunk a drug test, no unemployment benefits and if you get assistance it will be revoked. Driving while high is now a felony. Enjoy your buzz but somebody will get hurt while high then the floodgates open. It's on the level as drinking and prescription drugs!

Weed is still a class 3 felony in Arizona.
I got arrested and went to jail for 15 grams of chronic. I refused to plead guilty and they eventually dropped the charges because they didn't want to take it to trial.

Apparently, just having one opens you up to having them bust into your home and searching it without a warrant. Just love the way the govt is always attacking the people with medical problems.  The government seems kind of stupid to me at times, alcohol and tobacco are legal and pot isn't? That makes sense? You can walk into a store and buy a gun? but not pot? Which kills or injures more people?
Of course they could have done something useful with national legislation on it? Use the taxes on it to shore up Social Security? They also could have done that with a National Lottery? but each of our 50 little kings in our 50 little kingdoms wants their own piece of the pie to spend as they see fit?

Well not really funny; Home Invasions by Families mostly on the ones who need it(allegedly), Crime has risen here because of it and now Heroin has started to show up to replace taxed weed. The System isn't able to help people coming here for weed alone. A man in Trinidad, Co. Was caught thru Fed-Ex and the DEA for trying to ship weed to himself out of state and is facing 15-20 years for Trafficking in a Federal Prison. Over 90% of adults are taking some kind of prescribed medications and over half of the medications people are consuming daily are not even necessary with the exception of making the pharmaceutical companies filthy stinking rich and causing the rest of us to pay higher prices on our medical insurance.
So, before you go and judge others for smoking weed- just shut-up because you have your own unhealthy habits to think about!
