Chocolate Cheese Fudge

melt 1 cup butter and 8oz. American Cheese slices together

stir 1/2 cup baking cocoa and 2# 10x sugar together.

Pour 1 cup nuts and 2 tsp. vanilla into melted cheese & butter.

Pour into sugar/cocoa and blend well (will be very stiff).

spread into 8x8 pan and put into refrigerator till set
