It is high time for a thread about cheese. There have been many bacon threads, but never a thread dedicated to cheese.

Sounds yummy. I might have to go pick up some smoked turkey later. I already have the Jarlsberg and salad fixings.

Love cheese. I've three packs of Swiss on 'and, sharp cheddar to extra sharp, a white cheddar a soft Havarti and sumpthin' else. Might be time to do a cheese inventory.

Nevah ran across a cheese I didn't care for w/Roquefort bordering on same appeal as coveting make-up sex!

The smellier the bettah.

What cheese might breathe gingerly upon liverwurst

embracing a hint o' graceful duet w/o imposing

Cheesecake is one of the few things I can make well. I'm working on expanding my recipe to try different cheeses than usual too.

One cheese I'm really curious about, is that one where if you can't see bugs crawling in it when you buy it, it's too old. It has to be the right kind of bugs, of course.

There used to be a Pizza place in Richmond Virginia which made the greatest mix of cheese pizza toppings I've ever tasted. Never found out what their mix was, and too bad, since they are gone now.

I have always thought
In the back of my mind
Cheese and onions
I have always thought
That the world was unkind
Cheese and onions
Do I have to spell it out?

Keep yourself clean
Or be a has-been

You better think twice
Atleast once more

Man and machine
Keep yourself clean
Or be a has-been
Like a dinosaur
Got a device
For everthing nice
You better think twice
At least once more.

To date, I haven't eaten a cheese I didn't like.

I've been on a kick of cheese with carmelized onions in it. Havarti with herbs and spice is an everyday favorite and most any kind of smoked cheese.

Well, I admit that as a religious sacrament, must've been since it averages less than once a year, I 'ave a schmeer o' buttah and sorghum on a slice of white cornmeal bread.

I'll not eat yellow cornbread or any that's been prepared w/sugar. But, that's me Luv and more power unto your taste buds; 'owever decrepit or depraved.

Speakin' of, cornbread is a religious experience unto me that signifies a staple of survival. Some things were not intended to be sweetened. I'm as the Chinese stir fried pork being sweet & sour.

I drink unsweetened ice tea. I use 'alf n 'alf creme in coffee no sugar. So, upon request I brew some for my visiting brother. Along w/the dark grind & creme a add valrhona unsweetened, what else, cocoa powder.

The deal is the coca draws/cancels the sweetness from the creme. It's still rich and smooth, but you taste the cocoa w/o overpowering the fragile arrangement. I serve me brother and as I'm sampling I see him lay down a sweetening packet.

He's ruined the blend by coating the subtleties w/garbage. And I told 'im such in no uncertain terms. Of course later I realize 'e's in no position to taste as a smoker, still I grind me teeth at the thought.

So Luv, what will you 'ave in your java?
