I was at a gas station that have the Slot Machine (gambling). I never really played slot machine gambling, ever. My little sister, however, knows I love Black Jack, and I just seem to stay lucky and hit big-time.
And she told me to check out that particular store because the Machines be hitting.
So, I drove on by there. Picked a slot machine and sat down playing for 2 hours.
I withdrew $40 dollars from the ATM and put it the whole $40 on the Black Jack games.
So, I'm playing and it was a slow-gambling, up and down for me. I got up to $340.00 in about an hour of playing....on bets of $2, $3 and then upped it to $5, $10 to my max of $20.
I could have bet higher but I wasn't going over that. And once accumulated around $340.00, I told myself to quit.
Stubborn me, I kept playing and raised the bet to $20. And just like that, the Dealer was kicking my ass; going almost straight-flushes on Black Jack 21.
It dropped my earnings all the way down to $54 dollars. I told myself,
'You're a gotdamn fool, boy!'
So, I lowered my betting to $2 and worked my way back up. And I needed another hour to get it up to $123 dollars but quitted at $93.
A net gain of $53 to say I played with $40. So, I took my ticket to Cashier to cash out and gone on home.
The Cashier, an India guy, checked my tickets and was taking a while to hand me my money. And I just happened to look to my right on the counter and saw a mobile phone and keys. I thought it belong to the women that just left before me.
I grabbed it and ran out to flag down that woman (oh, she was a Black Woman by the way and I was nice to do this for her  )
Anyway, she said, "Oh, that's not mine. I think it's that tall guy (pointing him out) ).
So, I went back in and ask dude if it was his and he goes,
"Oh! Thanks bro." I said "no problem, bro."
And stood back at the Cashier waiting on my money.
And Lo and Behold!
This India Man handed me a hundred, another hundred, another hundred and another hundred. And 3 twenties and 3 ones.
And I just took the money. Order for a Motrin. Paid that. Walked out the store. Got in my truck. Rode down the street to another store. Parked. And count that money again to make sure it was what I thought it was. And yes, it was exactly $473.00.
.....was that part of me just being lucky or you tell me???

Forgot to add....I actually didn't look at the paper-ticket when it rolled out of the machine.
I saw my earnings on the screen. I should have looked at the paper tickets just to double check but I knew what I was suppose to get back and didn't bothered looking at the paper ticket.
Maybe an error was printed for $473. Still, sound like the sort of "luck" always associated with me.

I guess I'll go back. It's no big deal handing it back.
I'm thinking the ticket printed a $473.00, though. If I go back and say, it was $93, he will look at the ticket and still see $473. And wouldn't have a problem handing me $93.

Nope. It prints out the ticket from the slot you play on.
That guy (India guy) been there for a while. He knows those machines. Maybe it me that was mistaken of my own earning.
I did see my earning at $93. I could be mistaken since I do have semi-bad sight from looking at a distance and on screens but I think it was $93.

We have Keno here, part of the lottery. I played 4 numbers for 5 games. I usually watch the games but this particular time some ladies wanted to play pool so I did. When I was ready to leave I handed the bartender my ticket and I watched him dig all over the register and then go to the back of the bar...I guessed I hit something! He came back and handed me $270.

That's what I'm thinking. Small prints like that, it just look blurred to me but on the screen, I seen a 93. They had other numbers (money figures).
My first time using the machines but I thought the 93 numbers was what is owe me. Oh well. I'll go back. And if they see me and approach me then I'll know something.
If they don't approach me, then I know I looked at it wrong.
Im not gonna jump the gun and say anything though. Let them come to me and I'll do the right thing if they tell me it was an error.

..................it a glitch in the law...........its not illegal to own a slot machine ....so its down low gambling n they are all over houston in mom n pop corner stores run by foreigners mostly

Okay I checked.
Slot machines and gaming machines for merchandise are both illegal to operate in Texas.
However the law is having problems with illegal gaming rooms for merchandise in the area....however its stated that when they have them, they are in a room in the back...away from the general publics view.
and they don't give out cash as prizes.
and, if they did a raid on such a place...the owners get busted and so do anyone playing them.

They have private establishment of gamerooms throughout Houston....all over the cities.
Every HPD (Houston Police Officers) knows about it. They actually patrolled the game room at times. Now, they have highly-trained Security officers that does it because you have to sit-in the establishment, and then watch the ladies in parking lots as they walk to their car because people can jack them coming out of there.
Matter fact, there was a shootout one time and the security guard got shot in the arm but still made off with 2 shots at the robber, seriously hurting him as he ran out after trying to rob the gameroom.
And it was ON THE NEWS.
So, Houston officials are quite aware of the slot machines/gaming in stores. They also have private spacing for just games/slot machine only. All over Houston.
They are in the back of the stores and some of those stores are open 24 hours. You can play all night til the next day.
When you're done playing, it prints out a slip from the machine.
You take that slip to the counter. And the Cashier reads the slip and see the money you made and pay you on the spot. Even if an Officer was there.
They all know about it because they patrol the areas and knows what's going on and say nothingx. Absolutely nothing.
I even seen an Officer watching a guy that was on a roll, rolling up to $2,000 dollars on one of the games and the Officer was smiling about it and talking with the dude while he was playing.

In some of these states where its illegal to have gaming machines....it still goes on.
however they will not take the chance to hand out cash, instead of merchandise....unless in rare cases they know the person as a player of these games for a long time.
Why? because its to risky with someone they haven't known for a while.
I use to play over in Ga. where its legal or was....and they gave out merchandise redemption only....but about 6 months later they said we could get cash sometimes.
this in a state where it was legal.

with the credit line max play....the odds of these type machines being played for $2000.....is about 12 billion to one....the odds of you being there to see it in that particular store makes the odds more like a trillion to one.
Its not like these are 5 dollar a play in one direction machines....and I'm sure the cashiers are trained not to let a player get to that point too.

Tomorrow....I will photograph the highest earning on those slots.
They have all sort of games including Black Jack on it. And before one put money in the machine, it will show the "introductory" screen of all the games you can play....amd at the bottom of game picture, it shows the highest amount won on that particular game. And yes, there was a total just over $2,000 that I seen on one of the slot.
Why would I lie about this????
