This townhouse I closed on today is just beautiful. I bought a couple huge flat screen TVs, beautiful new furniture, a nice grill, nice sound system, etc...
The place is perfectly set up for a roommate because it's two split levels that have a living area, a bathroom, bedroom with walking closet. Etc.. so I'm thinking about getting a roommate. I was debating having my best friend move in with me, but should I try to find a hot female roommate instead? I think if a girl lived with me for a bit, she would start to like me based on my personality and charisma plus my solid appearance and style
Bad idea? good idea? How would I go about doing it?

Plus my best friend would be an awesome roommate. He's a f**king great guy and me and him are like brothers. Even if I do find a hottie, she could hate me and/or be an atrocious roommate
