How Beautiful Heaven Must Be
We read of a place that's called heaven,
It's made for the pure and the free;
These truths in God's word He has given,
How beautiful heaven must be.
Chorus:
How beautiful heaven must be
Sweet home of the happy and free;
Fair haven of rest for the weary,
How beautiful heaven must be.
In heaven no drooping nor pining,
No wishing for elsewhere to be;
God's light is forever, there shining,
How beautiful heaven must be.
Chorus:
How beautiful heaven must be
Sweet home of the happy and free;
Fair haven of rest for the weary,
How beautiful heaven must be.
--- Instrumental ---
The angels so sweetly are singing,
Up there by the beautiful sea;
Sweet chords from their gold harps are ringing,
How beautiful heaven must be.
Chorus:
How beautiful heaven must be
Sweet home of the happy and free;
Fair haven of rest for the weary,
How beautiful heaven must be...

Thank you Thespian, Still, Josie, & Reese for the good postings.
Has anyone noticed that there aren't very many sermons about Heaven, or the New Earth? Here are some reasons why that may be:
"Most of us find it very difficult to want "Heaven" at all--except insofar as "Heaven" means meeting again our friends who have died.
One reason for this difficulty is that we have not been trained: our whole education tends to fix our minds on this world.
Another reason is that when the real want for heaven is present in us, we do not recognize it.
Most people, if they had really learned to look into their own hearts, would know that they do want, and want acutely, something that can not be had in this world." ~ C.S. Lewis

No Song On Earth
No song on earth will ever sound
Like one before your throne
When myriads of the angels sing
In praise to You, alone
No morning sun, nor harvest moon,
Or star, can shine so bright
There's nothing can compare with You,
Our sweet eternal Light
No city on this earth will stand,
For all eternity
The beauty of, Your Promised Land,
Are welcomed there for me.
Beyond this noise, to peace, at last,
At rest beside Your Throne
No city can compare to this,
And our eternal home
No kingdom knew of such a King
Of One so true, and brave
Who laid aside His diadem,
For those He came to save
Oh, matchless love, such mercy, free
I can not comprehend
There's no one can compare to Thee,
My Master, and my Friend

Re-post to bring up for air.....
"Arrival At The City"
While they were thus drawing towards the gate
Behold a company of the Heavenly host came out to meet them.
There came out also at this time several of the King's trumpeters
Clothed in white and shinning raiment.
Who with melodious noises and loud,
Made even the heavens to echo with their sound
These trumpeters saluted the pilgrims
With 10,000 welcomes, from the world
With shouting and sound of trumpet.
Signifying how welcomed they were into their company
And with what gladness they came to meet them.
Now, when they came to the Gate
The pilgrims each handed in their certificate
Which they had received at the beginning
These, therefore, were carried into the King
Who, when He had read them said: “Where are the people?”
To Whom it was answered, “They are standing outside the Gate.”
The King then commanded to open the Gate
Now, I saw in my dream that these pilgrims went in without the Gate
And as they entered they were transfigured
And they had raiment put on that shown like gold
Then I heard in my dream that all the bells in the City rang again for joy.
And that it was said within “Enter ye into the joy of our Lord.”

Beauty Of Heaven - Poem by Roselyn Edwards
There is a place of beauty, a place of splendor;
It's where the streams will flow like silken meadows blow,
And all the flowers will dance like little treasures;
The excitement of spring will be beyond measures.
In this place everything will be so bright,
There shall be no darkness, nor night;
Every tear will be like diamonds,
The sparkling joys of sorrows past.
The mountains high, and valleys low
Will finally speak the words they've held so long,
And the birds, well, they'll never lose their song;
They will sing like never before like little harps of gold
Making melodies that haven't been heard for ages untold.
Every laugh will be unrestrained, pure, and wholesome,
Like the cheery laughter that crystal brooks hum,
Trickling over the silvery stones,
In all sorts of illustrious tones.
The winds will whisper soothingly through the willows,
As if they were reminiscing the good times they'd had;
While they lay their heads softly on their pillows,
They seem to be saying how much they were glad.
There life will always be fresh, everyone reborn each day,
It's special in every little way,
From the the shouts and the joy in morning,
To the leaping boundless freedom they danced adorning.
Death has been taken, shook up and thrown out of town;
Death has lost, it's been beaten down,
And now it is just left there lying on the ground,
Murdered, lying there forever, never to make another sound.
In this place, love will be true as the eastern sun's hue,
It will sparkle and shine like snow in the night;
Love will be the warmth of the day, and the proof that we're new,
It will be in the hearts of every soul here burning bright.
The streets and the walls will never see blood,
They'll never feel beatings from bombs or shells,
Or get coated in thick sickened mud;
No screaming, pain, nor torment; no none of those hells.
There are no limits, no bounds,
To the peace, and the joys, and gold and the crowns,
Rewards and great prizes will be given
Because all has been forgiven!
One day I shall cross over the dark waters,
One day I shall make it to those Celestial doors,
And I will be one of the son's daughters
At the thought, my heart takes wing and soars.
The joy about Heaven is that there will be none of this earth-sicken trials will enter this Pearly gates.

You'll be given the robes of princes
You'll be flying on golden wings
You will live in Pavilions of Splendor
Be surrounded by beautiful things
So hold onto these promises
And keep them in your hand
Didn't anyone ever tell you?
This is your land

Sorry, not meaning to sound like a broken record, but I love this part of No Song on Earth (I love it all, but this speaks to me):

This kind of made me think of my thoughts this morning:
I was driving home this morning from taking my son to work, and was watching the early pre-dawn light through patchy fog. The fog only went so high, and at the top, it looked like a ledge. Above that you could see the early blue light of pre-dawn, and I could just imagine Jesus stepping out on that ledge.

Footsteps of Heaven
When the hours of Day are numbered,
And the voices of the Night
Wake the better soul, that slumbered,
To a holy, calm delight;
Ere the evening lamps are lighted,
And, like phantoms grim and tall,
Shadows from the fitful firelight
Dance upon the parlor wall;
Then the forms of the departed
Enter at the open door;
The beloved, the true-hearted,
Come to visit me once more;
He, the young and strong, who cherished
Noble longings for the strife,
By the roadside fell and perished,
Weary with the march of life!
They, the holy ones and weakly,
Who the cross of suffering bore,
Folded their pale hands so meekly,
Spake with us on earth no more!
And with them the Being Beauteous,
Who unto my youth was given,
More than all things else to love me,
And is now a saint in heaven.
With a slow and noiseless footstep
Comes that messenger divine,
Takes the vacant chair beside me,
Lays her gentle hand in mine.
And she sits and gazes at me
With those deep and tender eyes,
Like the stars, so still and saint-like,
Looking downward from the skies.
Uttered not, yet comprehended,
Is the spirit's voiceless prayer,
Soft rebukes, in blessings ended,
Breathing from her lips of air.
Oh, though oft depressed and lonely,
All my fears are laid aside,
If I but remember only
Such as these have lived and died!

Comforting and inspiring poem, Josie
"Most of us find it very difficult to want "Heaven" at all--except insofar as "Heaven" means meeting again our friends who have died.
One reason for this difficulty is that we have not been trained: our whole education tends to fix our minds on this world."
There is where some of us are - a reason to go to Heaven. The understanding that Christ died, so that we may live, relationships that we have developed through time and loved ones have gone, the challenges that we have encountered, the tears that we have shed, the many maladies (mistreatment and ill treatment), just that feeling that creates love/hate/loneliness in us, should be enough to wish and hope for a better place.
The work is yet to be done in spite of it all. There is hope that a better place is beyond this earth's realm. The loneliness, the heartaches and heart breaks will one day come to an end. When I reminisce on my age and time spent with loved ones who have departed, I realize more and more how short our life on this earth really is. Every time I journey back in my minds eye, it seems as if all my experience was just yesterday.
Although the Bible teaches about the state of the dead, it is difficult, at times to separate the thoughts on experiences that we have shared with loved ones who are no longer around. Nonetheless, we have a Savior
and He promised to return. So we continue to spread the word by guiding, telling, ushering and encouraging others into the promised hope.

Josie, your post reminded me of some relevant words about just what you wrote.....
"The Christian doctrine of suffering explains, I believe, a very
curious fact about the world we live in. The settled happiness and
security which we all desire, God withholds from us by the very
nature of the world: but joy, pleasure, and merriment, He has
scattered broadcast. We are never safe, but we have plenty of fun,
and some ecstasy. It is not hard to see why. The security we crave
would teach us to rest our hearts in this world and oppose an
obstacle to our return to God: a few moments of happy love, a
landscape, a symphony, a merry meeting with our friends, a bathe
or a football match, have no such tendency. Our Father refreshes
us on the journey with some pleasant inns, but will not encourage
us to mistake them for home." -- C.S. Lewis, The Problem of Pain.

To See My Savior's Face
by Margaret Cagle
I looked through photo albums,
And memories flooded my heart.
Seeing many departed loved ones
Really made my teardrops start.
I looked through my Bible
And then read John fourteen.
My glad heart filled with joy
As I began to picture that scene.
Someday my God will call me
To that great Heavenly home.
Then I will see those loved ones,
And nevermore will I roam.
My greatest desire when arriving
In that glorious, beautiful place
Will be to meet my precious Savior
And to look upon His dear face.
It is such a joy knowing that Heaven is a meeting place for our precious Savior and our loved ones. We can understand that all is not loss.

"Lord, support us all the day,
of this troublesome life,
until the shadows lengthen,
and the evening comes
and the busy world is hushed,
the fever of life is over,
and our work is done.
Then Lord, in thy mercy,
grant us, and those we love
safe lodging, and holy rest and peace,
at the last."

Mission Accomplished (Poem) by Sue Woody
The Mission was started at the beginning of time
A mission of mercy for yours and for mine
A king who came from glory and died on a tree,
To fulfill His Father's mission for you and for me.
Mission accomplished at the cross of cal-vary
Mission accomplished He bled and died for me
This King arrayed in splendor and glorified in time
He died upon the cross for your sins and mine.
The prophets told about Him in the pages of old
A saviour of mercy, much more precious than earthly gold
I thank Him for that mission started long ago
For the mission was accomplished on the day He arose.
Sue Woody
The Cross was not simply a "step", it was THE mission, of our Christ. And even though we are still living in sadness today? The assurance of his promise being given to us, can wipe away tears from our eyes, and the Holy Spirit comforts us, "while yet we still live".
I was reading back through, and ran across this. I really needed to read this today.
Thanks for sharing it, Rich.

When They Ring the Golden Bells
by: Alfred G. Karnes
There's a land beyond the river, that we call the sweet forever
And we'll only reach that shore by faith's decree
One by one we'll gain the portals, there to dwell with the immortals
When they ring the golden bells for you and me
Don't you hear the bells now ringing?
Don't you hear the angels singing?
'Tis a glory hallelujah jubilee
In that far-off sweet forever, just beyond the shining river
When they ring the golden bells for you and me
We shall know no sin nor sorrow in that Heaven of tomorrow
When our bark shall sail beyond the silv'ry sea
We shall only know the blessing of our Father's sweet caressing
When they ring the golden bells for you and me
Don't you hear the bells now ringing?
Don't you hear the angels singing?
'Tis a glory hallelujah jubilee
In that far-off sweet forever, just beyond the shining river
When they ring the golden bells for you and me
When our days shall know their number
When in death we sweetly slumber
When the King commands the spirit to be free
Never more with anguish laden, we shall greet that lovely Eden
When they ring the golden bells for you and me

"And yet I know,
That long ago,
You made a fairy tale for me
About the day that You would take your sword
And battle through the thicket of the things I have become
Your kiss to life,.. my sleeping beauty,
Waiting for her prince to come
Then I will awake, and look into Your eyes, and understand
And for the first time, I will not be dumb
And I shall say my creed, in words" -- City of Gold CD

Heaven's Jubilee
by: The Chuck Wagon Gang
Some glad morning we shall see, Jesus in the air
Coming after you and me, joy is ours to share
What rejoicing there will be, when the saints shall rise
Headed for that jubilee, yonder in the skies
Chorus
Oh what singing, oh what shouting
On that happy morning when we all shall rise
Oh what glory, Hallelujah
When we meet our blessed Savior in the skies
Seems that now I almost see, all the sainted dead
Rising for that jubilee, that is just ahead
In the twinkling of an eye, changed with them to be
All the living saints to fly, to that jubilee.
When with all that heavenly host, we begin to sing
Singing in the Holy Ghost, how the heavens will ring
Millions there will join the song, with them we shall be
Praising Christ through ages long, heaven's jubilee.
This is a song I listened to as a young lass to keep the hope aflame. Today, it sheds brighter light because, I know that we are closer today, than we were yesterday.

How very interesting and even providential your words. For, before reading them, I looked through my very most cherished C.S. Lewis quotes and this is what I chose to post.....
“Think of yourself just as a seed patiently wintering in the earth; waiting to come up a flower in the Gardener’s good time, up into the real world, the real waking. I suppose that our whole present life, looked back on from there, will seem only a drowsy half-waking. We are here in the land of dreams. But c*ck-crow is coming. It is nearer now than when I began this letter.” –from a letter to Mary Willis Shelburned, June 28; 1963
Lewis had to somehow have known. In less than 6 months, he finished his all too brief earthly journey

As C.S. Lewis so clearly pointed out in his classic, Mere Christianity, it is NOT that one can be so heavenly minded that they are of no earthly good. It is natural that Christians ought to long for Heaven and the New Earth.....
"A continual looking forward to the eternal world is not (as some modern people think) a form of escapism or wishful thinking, but one of the things a Christian is meant to do. It does not mean that we are to leave the present world as it is. If you read history you will find that the Christians who did most for the present world were just those who thought most of the next. The Apostles themselves, who set on foot the conversion of the Roman Empire, the great men who built up the Middle Ages, the English Evangelicals who abolished the Slave Trade, all left their mark on Earth, precisely because their minds were occupied with Heaven. It is since Christians have largely ceased to think of the other world that they have become so ineffective in this. Aim at Heaven and you will get earth “thrown in:” aim at earth and you will get neither."
(Mere Christianity, p.134) emphasis, mine
"Set your minds on things that are above, not on things that are on earth." (Colossians 3:2, ESV)
And, did not Jesus tell us "For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also." ?

Until Then
by: Stuat Hamblen
1
My heart can sing when I pause to remember,
A heartache here is but a stepping stone.
Along a trail, thats winding always upward,
This troubled world, is not my final home.
Refrain
But until then, my heart will go on singing,
Until then, with joy I’ll carry on,
Until the day my eyes behold the city,
Until the day God calls me home.
2
The things of earth will dim and lose their value,
If we recall they’re borrowed for awhile;
And things of earth that cause the heart to tremble,
Remembered there, will only bring a smile.
This song shows Heaven in the final lines in the second verse. However, there are much to realize as Christians:
1. Purpose on this earth.
2. Our duty.
3. How we live our life.
4. How we leave this world - nothing we can take with us.
5. The life we live can speak for us.
6. When the final hour arises, someone would be able to emulate the love of Christ
that shone through you.

I had always thought this was a very old hymn until I researched today that it was indeed composed by Stuart Hamblem, as you noted, and in 1958.
Hamblem's father was a Methodist minister, yet Stuart had a stint with worldly stardom that took him an a path turned from God until a conversion, through the ministry of Billy Graham.

I like to re-post parts of this amazing CD, City Of Gold. Powerfully inspired music/ lyrics, and most of it, biblical.
City Of Gold
Didn't anyone ever tell you?
Didn't anyone ever say?
Did you capture a vision of Glory?
If she held out her hand today?
It's reaching to the broken one
Right down to where you stand
Didn't anyone ever tell you?
This is your land.
Didn't anyone ever tell you?
It doesn't matter; the last will be first
For the sad, and the meek, and the righteous
And all those who will hunger and thirst
So let the poor in spirit know
These dreams are not of sand
Didn't anyone ever tell you?
This is your land.
Revelation 21:2
"And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband."

Revelation 21 The Message (MSG)
Everything New
"I, John, saw Heaven and earth new-created. Gone the first Heaven, gone the first earth, gone the sea.
I saw Holy Jerusalem, new-created, descending resplendent out of Heaven, as ready for God as a bride for her husband.
I heard a voice thunder from the Throne: “Look! Look! God has moved into the neighborhood, making his home with men and women! They’re his people, he’s their God. He’ll wipe every tear from their eyes. Death is gone for good—tears gone, crying gone, pain gone—all the first order of things gone.” The Enthroned continued, “Look! I’m making everything new. Write it all down—each word dependable and accurate.”
Then he said, “It’s happened. I’m A to Z. I’m the Beginning, I’m the Conclusion. From Water-of-Life Well I give freely to the thirsty. Conquerors inherit all this. I’ll be God to them, they’ll be sons and daughters to me. But for the rest—”...........

Well, we know full well there are going to be a lot of people lost, who refuse to let God save them.
Oh, what they will be missing out on.
I've often thought, that if the City does have walls of transparent Gold, we might see for brief moments these lost ones, through those walls.
Outside the walls of The City Of Gold, how painful it will be for them, to finally see what it was God wanted to save them for.

I've often thought, that if the City does have walls of transparent Gold, we might see for brief moments these lost ones, through those walls.
Wrong. If we could see them, wouldn't it cause pain and sorrow? He said there would be no sorrow there. If we, in our human minds think along those lines, then aren't we feeling prideful, for something we didn't earn, but was freely given to us?
Outside the walls of The City Of Gold, how painful it will be for them, to finally see what it was God wanted to save them for.
Again, how could and why would we, as believers, even think along those lines?

I've often thought, that if the City does have walls of transparent Gold, we might see for brief moments these lost ones, through those walls.
Again, how could and why would we, as believers, even think along those lines?
Because we are being given a heart like God's heart?
He must have great grief and sadness over the lost.

Walt, I think that not only did you misquote me to answer, but you also missed what I was saying.
Wondering if people who miss out on Heaven will be able to see us in Heaven- that's hard hearted I think.
God is loving, patient and I'm sure full of sorrow over the lost. After all, wouldn't you be if you sent your Son to shed every drop of His life's blood, and it wasn't accepted?
He wants us to get off of our butts and get out and work and win those souls, not sit around wondering if the lost will be able to see us in Heaven.
I might have mistaken your meaning because of your wording, but you know what, how often do people read something, get the wrong message or idea, and it turn them away.
Just some food for thought.

It is biblical. Jesus brother, John, in vision on the Isle of Patmos, saw that when the New Jerusalem descends from Heaven, there is one last satanic desperate grasp before God's "strange act."......
Revelation 20:9
"And they went up on the breadth of the earth, and compassed the camp of the saints about, and the beloved city: and fire came down from God out of heaven, and devoured them."

This is a great way to arouse individual's hope, knowing that there is a better place beyond where we are. The imagination takes us into the many peaceful, quiet, assuring, atmosphere where there will be no more heartaches, death, doctors, hospitals, funeral homes, burial grounds and war zones.
I was re-reading posts and this one sure does speak for all who feel the weight of the cross He commanded us to take up. To take up and follow Him.
Follow Him.
And follow Him where?
To glory
The way of the cross leads Home.

The King Who Remembers My Name
All that You are, is faithful and true
In justice, the judgment is fair
All that we have, is free love that You gave
It's mercy, that brought us to here
The armies of heaven, are riding behind You
Clothed in white linen, washed whiter than snow
Crowned in Your glory, You ride the white horse
With eyes like the forest in flames
Through majesty's ways, it's Your grace that endures
The king who remembers my name
Kingdoms may rise, kingdoms may fall
The Word of the Lord will not change
The king that we serve, is the Lord over all
Eternally, age upon age
~Chorus~
The armies of heaven, are riding behind You
Clothed in a linen, washed whiter than snow
Crowned in Your glory, You ride the white horse
With eyes like the forest in flames
Through majesty's ways, it's Your grace that endures
The king who remembers
The king who remembers my name

The King Who Remembers My Name
The title says it all Walt. He does know us by name. Not only our names in this life, but the name in the white stone He will one day hand to us, the name in the Lamb's Book of Life. No matter whats going on in our lives, that's something that we all need to remember. That's the peace we all need to cling to.

Yes. That "peace that passes understanding." Knowledge takes a back seat to relationship.
I love those words of Jesus about this peace. He is so emphatic and clear:
"Peace I leave with you,
my peace I give unto you:
not as the world gives, give I unto you.
Let not your heart be troubled,
neither let it be afraid."

Revelation 19:11-13
And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war.
His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on his head were many crowns; and he had a name written, that no man knew, but he himself.
And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God.
And the armies which were in heaven followed him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean.

A few scriptures that describe the New Earth ......
Isaiah 65:17
"For behold, I create new heavens and a new earth; And the former things will not be remembered or come to mind.
2 Peter 3:12-13
Looking for and hastening the coming of the day of God, because of which the heavens will be destroyed by burning, and the elements will melt with intense heat! But according to His promise we are looking for new heavens and a new earth, in which righteousness dwells.
Revelation 21:1
Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth; for the first heaven and the first earth passed away, and there is no longer any sea.
Isaiah 66:22
For just as the new heavens and the new earth Which I make will endure before Me,declares the LORD, "So your offspring and your name will endure.
Revelation 21:3
And I heard a loud voice from the throne, saying, "Behold, the tabernacle of God is among men, and He will dwell among them, and they shall be His people, and God Himself will be among them

Holy, Holy Holy Are You Lord
By Terry MacAlmon
Can you hear the sound of heaven
Like the sound of many waters
It's the sound of worship coming from the throne
There are cries of adoration
As men from every nation
Lift their voice to make His glory known, singing
Chorus:
Holy, holy, holy are You, Lord
Holy, holy, holy are You, Lord
The elders and angels bow
The redeemed worship You now
Holy, holy, holy are You, Lord
Repeat Verse
Repeat Chorus 3 times
This song sets the stage of worshipping in Heaven.

I hope you don't mind my rearranging your post, Smiles. A great one, by the way.
When I read in the poem you posted, the word "shore," I thought of this excerpt from Matthew Henry's Commentary on the Bible.....
“Clouds and darkness often surround the children of the light. They see Jesus walking on the sea. Even the approaches of comfort and deliverance often are so mistaken, as to become the occasions of fear. Nothing is more powerful to comfort saints than this, I am Jesus whom you love. Though the night be dark, and the wind high, yet we may comfort ourselves, we shall be at the shore before long.” Matthew Henry's Commentary

That is a lovely post from Smiles.
It sounds like what I envision of Eternity (my impression of Heaven, so to speak) - sitting at Jesus' feet and listening to Him as He tells of all the things that He did and said while on this Earth- because as John said in John 21:25
There are also many other things which Jesus did. Were every one of them to be written, I suppose that not even the world itself could contain the books that would be written. Amen.
A wonderful thought especially with all of the things going on in this world.

Here is a re-post, with a link below it, where one can listen to all the tracks on this great CD
"Arrival At The City"
While they were thus drawing towards the gate
Behold a company of the Heavenly host came out to meet them.
There came out also at this time several of the King's trumpeters
Clothed in white and shinning raiment.
Who with melodious noises and loud,
Made even the heavens to echo with their sound
These trumpeters saluted the pilgrims
With 10,000 welcomes, from the world
With shouting and sound of trumpet.
Signifying how welcomed they were into their company
And with what gladness they came to meet them.
Now, when they came to the Gate
The pilgrims each handed in their certificate
Which they had received at the beginning
These, therefore, were carried into the King
Who, when He had read them said: “Where are the people?”
To Whom it was answered, “They are standing outside the Gate.”
The King then commanded to open the Gate
Now, I saw in my dream that these pilgrims went in without the Gate
And as they entered they were transfigured
And they had raiment put on that shown like gold
Then I heard in my dream that all the bells in the City rang again for joy.
And that it was said within “Enter ye into the joy of our Lord.”

C.S. Lewis wrote that pain is God's megaphone to rouse a deaf world. I'm inclined to agree with him. If all were always pleasant and easy here, why would we ever long for an Earth made new?
Isaiah 35:10
"And the ransomed of the Lord shall return, and come to Zion with songs and everlasting joy upon their heads: they shall obtain joy and gladness, and sorrow and sighing shall flee away."

The Golden City (From the CD, City of Gold, Little Room Music)
Soon your trials will be over
Offered up by mercies hand
A better view from where your standin'
Going to another Land
The sweetest welcome from the Father
Gathered up and carried Home
We are past this time of waiting
Come let us bow before Your throne
Refrain
We will meet in the Golden City, in the New Jerusalem
All our pain, and all our tears will be no more
We will stand with the hosts of Heaven, and cry Holy is the Lamb
We will worship and adore You, evermore
Never can the boughs of darkness
Neither death nor even life
Let nothing ever separate us
From the holy love of God
Refrain 2X
We will meet in the Golden City, in the New Jerusalem
All our pain, and all our tears, will be no more
We will stand with the hosts of Heaven, and cry Holy is the Lamb
We will worship and adore You, evermore
We will meet in the Golden City, in the New Jerusalem
All our pain, and all our tears will be no more
We will stand with the hosts of Heaven, and cry Holy is the Lamb
We will worship and adore You, evermore
We will meet. We will meet.
We're gonna meet again
We will worship and adore You, evermore
Holy, holy, holy, is the Lamb
Holy, holy, holy, is the Lamb
