Well, Tonia, I have been looking probably a lot longer than you for a decent man so I speak with a lot of experience  --it can be a fight but I think it has to start with the right stuff in the profile and than the constant reminder that you mean what you say in the profile--You know the old saying about you have to kiss a lot of frogs before you find the prince was meant to be a joke but is probably an exact description about the quest to find a decent man. The big problem lies in the fact that too many folks put what people want to hear in their profiles which just doesn't work in finding what you want--the reality is I guess if you don't keep pounding home who you are and what you want, you will end us with something less. There are some great men out there who just want honesty and sincerity just as you do--bad news is there are a lot who aren't--so just keep the faith--you will find that special, decent man. So enjoying kissing those frogs knowing one may be your prince. Mary

Thanks MSLORI-- the advice comes from my 'many years of experience'--I tell it like it is my profile--probably keeps me from getting a lot of emails but there are still those players who respond who either think they can change my mind, trick me into believing they are what I have always been looking for, or see it as a challenge to conquer--so since gigging them player frogs is illegal, kissing them til you find the right one--the decent man--seems like our only recourse (men have the same problem finding decent women) and the comments about lack of response to decent men--I have found most decent men to be a little shy--which means their profiles may not be eye-catching, so don't write them off--give them a chance to get to know you and that decent man might emerge--Most of you are mucher younger than I so if I can take the time to wait, so can you Mary

I am very sad and depressed.... I want to find my true love and fall in
love. I have been treated like shit by just about all men that have entered
my life from being cheated on,lied to used, and abused and i just feel so
worthless. I just dont know what the f**k to believe anymore... I hated
highschool and am so glad i graduated people can be so creul just because
your different than the rest of society... I got made fun of and tortured
so much i tried to commit suicide by overdosing... but i guess i didnt take
enough... but im pretty sure there was no possible way i could have taken
more... ugh i am so depressed just because i dont look like the majority of
societys women, beautiful anerexic blonde... im sorry =( i have alot of
curves and am brunette and am blessed in some areas... ugh i feel like i
should give up on finding a good man, i wish i was a little kid again
skinned knees are easier to fix than a broken heart into a million little
pieces... sometimes i wish i wasnt here and me trying to kill myself
worked... Finding a good man is nearly impossible.... please if there are
any decent men left let me know.... im sick of hurting baby.... =(
