What really turns me off is reading someone's age and the pic that is posted is taken about 20 years before...LOL that don't help...

For me personally, the following profile statements (on more than one occasion) have left me quickly shuffling towards the exit:
-"I'm going to tell you what's on my mind and I don't hold back."
my response: Sorry, you're not for me. Please don't misunderstand. I'm all about honesty and integrity, but there's just something about that statement that is "in my face" confrontational and I don't enjoy that. I foresee too much drama in our future.
-"If you don't make $150,000 or more don't bother to contact me."
my response: Now I understand some people are used to a certain lifestyle, but should we put so much emphasis on income that it becomes a deal-breaker? Can the rich and poor be totally incompatable? I would be interested in hearing some viewpoints on this.

As profiles go, one that has a bad picture, I mean really how about putting yourself in a good light. Rather than the attitude, for better or worse and by the way here's my worst. Spelling isn't really an issue, unless they try and sound hip or cool and use abbreviated structure.
The one line that I personally cannot tolerate is "Well I really don't know how to describe myself" please, go practice on a word program until you figure it out.
Or "I'm looking for a real man" as opposed to the one you stole out of the window at Sears.
The funniest one I encountered was "I don't know why I'm here, a friend of mine told me to do it" What, well this girl was way too easily persuaded to do any real thinking on her own.
I guess the things I really look for in a woman’s profile is a few things about her involvement in her job (how much free time does she have), is she looking for boat or is she the anchor. If she in her descriptions states she likes the finer things in life translates to I don’t have them but I want them or I’ve grown accustom to them and I’m expensive.

The picture shows she is at least a size 20, but she has selected "average" for body type. If that isn't bad enough, she states in the Personality section she is "looking for a honest man." Talk about a double standard!
