mer personally...i would love to date a father...........i think it would be easier seeing how i have a son.............plus to all you guys out there that think this: if the woman is too shallow to like you for you and not because you have children.then she isnt worth your time..............if she is to like you then she has to like THE WHOLE YOU......and you children make the whole you..............if we women fill incomplete without our children....then the fathers that love and cherish their children should have the right to feel the same way...........that is all i have to say on this matter

Good for you!!! The world needs more dads who are active in their childrens lives. It would be a far greater world if children could depend on both parents to participate in one of the greatest joys they will ever know. Your raising your son to be a good father himself someday. Any woman who doesn't appreciate that doesn't deserve either of you... Just keep looking, she's out there, and don't settle for anything less than the best for your both..

I don't think that there is a problem to be a single parent. Otherwise, I admire a man that raise your child alone. I'm a single working mom and I have my daughter 24/7. For me is hard to find somebody that really want to work hard raising a family together. The men only want to have sex and nothing else. I don't have any problem with this, if it's my couple. But I don't want one night stand.

I wouldn't mind dating a single father in my area. Delaware, Sussex County. I have dated some in the past and it had never worked out because they always have to cancel plans at the last minutes because they forgot to find daycare and they don't have anyone to watch the kid or kids. Or so they say, because when it comes to doing something with the guys they are right there in a hurry and they have someone to watch the kid or kids then. Or the last one was we are going through i ruff time because we recently split up and I can't leave him with someone I will go out when his mom has him, then he says the mom didn't pick him up so he can't go out, but then later that week he slips and says last weekend when he was with his mom I didn't do anything because I was worried about him the whole time he was gone. I guess it's just me, but it seems like single dad's just want to be single dad's. Well I am tired of being a single mother and being alone because where will we be when the kid or kids go off to college? ALONE.

I think that all women are different and we all have different views. I would rather date a single father cause he already knows the situtation. I think that if u have kids and a women wants to be put first they are not worth your time cause my kids come first no matter what and that is the way it should be. Just keep ur head up and someday u will find someone who understands.

i'm a single father of agreat 9 yr old boy who's mother died 7yrs ago. when you all say single parent do you really mean part=time ? every other wkend the kid is gone so you can go out and play on your wkend off from the kid. mines with me 24/7/365. the women i've met when the kid is with dad they want to be free to party like it's 1999. i don't have that option. what i have found is that men except womens kids much better than women except mens. sorry if thats to harsh but that's what i see. hey this is america everyone is entilted to ther own opinion whats your's?

When i say im a single parent, I mean Full time, 365 days of the year. I cant say 24 hours of the day cuz i do go to school full time as well but after school I have my daughter!

I think it says a lot to be a single parent.. Wether its a father or a mother.. but i believe that a single father works a bit harder then a single mother because they are not born with the motherly instinct.. its really something to look up to because instead of turning your back you man up and take the reins of fatherhood. I prefer to date a single father because i feel like wed have moore in common and youd really be able to understand where im coming from as a single parent. Some women feel like children are bagagge.. you should just be greatful that he has a kid and not a crazy baby momma...

just putting my two cents worth in....I have no problem dating a guy that has kids...I personally think it's admirable. not alot of guys are willing to take on the responabilty.....so for all you single fathers....WAY TO GO!!!!!!!!

I find people with rules to be odd and sometimes foolish. When I was single and my children were small I would take my son with me on dates lots of times. It is odd to me that so many women don't want to bring me to their house or meet their kids until we are serious... it's just quirky to me. I would take my son and we would have a blast on dates. There was always other times when I could be alone with a woman but just to go out and have a good time was great when we took the kids with us.

I prefer to date single dads because they don't get jealous of the time you spend with your child. Also they are more apt to involve the child and have nice family days.
