People you help out, give rides to or cover their works shifts for them but don't do the same for you when you really need it!
I covered a co-workers shift so she could spend time with her grandchild but when a good friend of mine died she wouldn't cover mine so i could go to the funneral. I went anyway...no way i was going to miss it but damn it's the principle of the matter!! Needless to say...i hope she drops her grandchild

Um........that's a little harsh. The grandchild did nothing to you. Besides you did something for someone, feel good about that, perhaps she isn't the giving type of person. Feel good for what you did as a person for another person.
