I've been in the same boat for almost a year. But, I've finally decided, if he is too scared to be w/ me, then he is not man enough for me. Yup.
Of course in my case, she didn't have to "do" anything -- I earned all the $$$, cooked the meals, kept things in order, ran all the errands -- same stuff I did before I got married anyway, so it was no biggie. BUT, I did expect her to not trash the place and clean up any messes she made.
Didn't happen, so I served her with papers after 14-1/2 years of that crap.
I am much more at peace now.
