My ex is six feet one inch. Neither of us had any problems with that at any time during our twenty year relationship. We're still great friends. I think that as long as you're confident and secure with who you are, it doesn't matter.

Good post Barb. I am 5'10" and also like to wear heels. I've been told by my guy friends that most men would find me intimidating to approach. I'll be curious to see the responses.
I will say though, I do not like to date guys shorter than me, I've tried it and it just does not feel right, which really limits my options 
I'm not really one of those short guys as I am six feet but by chance what would you consider short because in heels like that you would be taller then me? I've always liked to joke to my girlfriends when they would wear heels like that. By saying what are like 4 feet without those

At 5'8, I could almost feel short in this topic! In real life, I regularly wear 4 inch heels and that makes me taller than a lot of the men that I have dated. An inch or 2 shorter is not a big deal, but one of my favorite activities is dancing. I don't really care to be spun by a man who is a lot shorter than I am, it breaks the arms after a while.

Not sure how I would actually feel since I'm towering at a short 6'0". I guess it would help my back from hurting when we danced or kissed (don't have to lean over)
