Well ... gosh ... it was a term my mother used. The jelly roll pans are just slightly smaller than traditional cookie sheets. My mother would use the jelly roll pan to bake the cake for the jelly roll --- a thin cake that you could fill and roll up. Guess that sort of explains why it's called a "jelly roll pan," huh? Duh ............

I think the slang refered to was the "jelly roll pan". I know I'd never heard that term before.
But there was an old jazz musican named Jelly Roll Morton.
Thanks..I've been wracking the ol noggin here,,and couldn't for the life of me think of a slang term using jelly roll pan..

I have never found any thing that could get rid of the chills any better the Red heads and bed. Now there has been blonds and brunnets but there's somthin about those red heads

I have a vast array of wigs in my granddaughters' dress-up bin! (Somehow any sexual innuendo becomes destroyed when you include the word "granddaughters" in the same sentence.)
