Youre right I do like him...and well I wrote a letter and was going to give it to him and tell him id be at the bench if he wanted to talk after. but his shop was closed and on a perfect sunny day...and yea I may have gotten a bit upset over cause of the weather, but i'm just saying when its cold out, I stay at home. You've asked this man out twice. He knows that you are interested in being more than friends. He hasn't picked up the ball.... so that is his way of telling you that he's interests lie elsewhere. Don't give him the letter. That's HS.

 Don't take this the wrong way....If you're going to give him a letter, compose it in Micrsoft Word, or Works. And use the spelling and grammar checks. Your spelling is OK, but, your writing is hard to read and understand, because you use very little punctuation. Just trying to help. If you want it to be handwritten, compose it on the computer first, anyway, and copy it off of there to a piece of paper.
And don't get to 'mushy', at first. You'll scare him away. If the letter doesn't work, forget about him, and look for someone else.

Well see we hadnt got to set the date thats the reason why I had asked, and Im gonna leave it alone until he reads my letter I gave him today. I wrote him a letter and told him how I felt because I'm shy and he knows I'm shy to open up and I was going to talk to him but he was cutting hair, and people kept coming in the shop.
