Ho, I was too poor to have a poodle skirt but I sure remember them . I still like the pink ones with the black poodles with a little chain for a leash. Oh, the good old days,when I was 10 we still had a outdoor toilet in town. Of course I did live in a small town in Okla, it wasnt that unusual.

I had a thought. Let's hold a 50s dance, have as many of the women as possible show up in poodle skirts, and wear men's boxers underneath. I would leave it up to the women to decide by individual choice if they want to disclose what they were wearing underneath. This would be a marriage between the 50s and the present. The Cook County Illinois Park District has what are known as forest preserves. They had outdoor toilets (actual out houses - no plumbing) at least into the 60s and probabaly still do and this is in the greater Chicago area. Can't get much more urban than that. Probably need granny panties to use one of those.

My wife is a fantatic when it comes to laundry and wash must be hung out on the line. This has been my job since July when she fractured her left tibia (shin bone) and is still pretty much house, walker, and wheel chair bound.  We had solid rain (badley needed) since Wednesday.  I hung out the wash this morning and I can honestly report there are no granny panties on the line.
