I have three kids whose father has them for visitation every other weekend and one night during the week. It would be a long court battle if I tried to move. How many of you would be willing to move if the person you are interested in was unable to due to custody issues?

If I could make a living there of course!
IF your childrens father loves them
it would be a crime to seperate them
having only passed thru your town a few times
I dont think there are any jobs there?

If it were me moving to him... as long as he lived in the States but NOT California. I would have to be totally sure that it was the for forever deal though too... I don't kow how we would get to that part if we lived that far away but....

I would move in a flash to a better climate or closer to beach. Just a hard time to sell a house or find a job, but
I would still do it if my partner was game. Only WithIN California, though, or would consider Mexico, etc
as I speak Spanish and am not afraid to leave the country.

well considering my babys daddy is a no good a**hole and never comes and sees his child anyways i dont think i should have to work my life around him and what is convienant for him .but if the father is around alot and a big part of the childs life i would have to think very hyard about it.what i do effects my childrens life as well it isnt just my life its theres and they deserve to be happy to

Plenty of other issues that can keep a person rooted.. Business, parents who need looking out for, ect......
If I was'nt a partner in a successful business, and if my folks did'nt need looking after (i'm the only brat), I'd probably have been gone already....

As long as I could go hunting and fishing and earn a decent living, I would move anywhere in this country. As long as it wasn't big city.
