I love kissing.
If the date was good and you're both feeling some attraction,
a kiss goodnight is the best way to see if there is some chemistry.

Fear...no I don't think so or they wouldnt have decided to meet in person if they were the fearful sort.
I know that every guy hopes he will get to kiss me. If I feel no chemistry, I let him know that and then give him a quick peck on the lips to thank him for meeting me. Sometimes he will kiss back again and ask if I really don't feel anything and I let them know again that I don't. I let them know they are a nice person and I wish them the best in finding the right lady.
On the flip side, If during the meeting as he is talking I begin to wonder what it would feel like to be kissed by him...thats a sure sign of some level of attraction. So if he does make a move, no matter first date or later, I will allow him to kiss me and respond in kind. ITs that chemistry thing, either its there or its not. Most often its not.

Don't expect a kiss on the first date,a nice warm hug at the end of the evening is good but keep your hands off the butt during the first date hug or you might not get a 2nd date.Jmo.

Just because you are comfortable holding hands with someone doesn't mean you are comfortable enough to kiss them. If it is right, it will happen. If it is not, it won't.

I agree totally depends on the person. If I am feeling the chemistry then yes a kiss would be appropriate, all depends on how long we talked before the first date and how comfortable I feel with him.

My experience is that if you feel like you want to do a tongue kiss on the first date it is usually just infatuation. Unless you have been having alot of other communication with them like on the phone or chatting live on the computer.

Your are 50 and you have no clue about why women do the things they do?? First off--personal choices---second--it just might be something about you. Just maybe--so do a self check. And I would say--learn to enjoy a person's company without expecting physical contact--stop grabbing and groping and thinking she is completely taken by you. Women like to experience a bit of indulgence--they like to go places and have fun and talk and learn about you--and you should be doing the same thing--enjoying a woman's company. A kiss should be an involuntary response--not an obligation. It should be as natural as any other emotion. I am sure a kiss will happen when the time is right. Personally--I don't know a woman after just one or two dates--I am not about to engage in kissing or anything that is awkward and may ruin the time we had together. Be cool and relax--be nice and just have fun.
