I am unaware of any standard that equates out to physical interaction with the number of dates (e.g. first date = kiss, second date = cuddling, third date = ?). I believe it is dependant on the amount of time the individuals spend together, physical attraction, comfort level, etc.
It has been my experience that taking it slow is the best option. When it is right, it will be wonderful.

I've had 2 dates recently with women that I never got past a second date with end in a passionate full on tongues in mouths kiss. That just confused the hell out of me. I know a kiss is not a contract but still. I asked one of them why she kissed me when she wasn't interested and she said "That's how I figured the date should end"
And as far as above...GERMS? REALLY!!?? BWAHHHHHHHHHAHAHAHA!!! Smokes regularly but is afraid of germs from a kiss...Obviously a health nut.
