I don't understand why I even have to ask this question, but...
Why do people have to be dishonest? Why do some people push until the other person will start a fight and force you to be honest? Why do people make others do the breaking up? Wouldn't life be so much easier if everyone was honest?
I know I deserve better. I know that everyone deserves better, so why do people do it?
(DISCLAIMER this thread is not about anyone in specific. Just need a distraction and this is all I could come up with)

People are people and you can't change them. They gotta wanna change themselves ... some do and some will continue on wandering around wondering why they are alone. No one wants someone who isn't honest. There are players online as well as in real life so we all gotta trust our instincts on who is actually being their true selves and not protray who they think we want.

So why would anyone want to pretend to be something they aren't? Yea you get to be with someone, but you know it won't last, so why do it? Again, why be dishonest? I just don't get it.

I don't understand it, either. My ex-wife lied to me constantly, because of her, I now have trust issues with women, and don't trust myself to "pick" a nice woman, I feel like everyone is going to lie to me all the time.

I don't know why some people feel they need to lie but I think as long as the person gets what they want they don't care about other people's feelings. If they did care, the world would be a lot better.
