How do you men feel about dating a lady taller than you? Same for you ladies. How about a man shorter that you? Does height make a difference?

Height does matter to me. I'm 5'10" in bare feet. I prefer a man at least 6 ft. I have a complex about being tall anyway. I feel like an amazon woman and dating a shorter man makes it worse. I miss out on alot of great guys because of this, I'm sure.

Tall angle you may be right. There are a lot of good guys out there that would not contact you because of your height. Most men feel insecure with a taller woman. Sad but a fact.

I am only 5'2 and for some reason have dated mainly men over 6 feet tall. Go figure.

It would be weird dating someone shorter than me; odds of that happening aren't good though- I'm short.

Have any of you ladies ever "winked" or contacted a gentleman that was shorter than yourself?

yep - winked, contacted and dated
but you are right, I'm 5'10" flat-footed and over 6' in heels and there are men who will say "sorry, you're too tall for me"

But what if you saw a profile and a guy that just knocked your socks off and he was 3 inches shorter that you. Would you give up the chance?

If I felt I connected with that person, I wouldn't give up the chance, but some guys would.
I've dated guys as short at 5'4" that were perfectly confident in themselves and had no ego problems with me being considerably taller. physically a guy that much shorter doesn't look "picture perfect" but it never bothered me.
one of the last guys I dated was only 5'7" so no, height would not limit me

If you look around at most couples the man is the taller. Is it just the way society expects things to be or is it just the way things should be? Could you or would you date someone shorter?
