I moved to charlotte about 5 years ago now, and The quaility of Men here are low..I have lived in other cities, and the men are not like this in other places....
The ones I have met are Married, have several ladies they are dating, and if you are not willing to sleep with them the first week, they don't want to be bother with you...
Then, they expect you to sleep with them and not want a relationship....And we wonder why AIDS is spreading so fast... I think for this reason, we as women should be careful..if they want to sleep with you so fast. What's their motive... And also this goes for the Ladies...the true Ladies would behave this way...But we have females that want to be like the men... Respect Your self, and your body, and then They will...
If you agree or not, this is reality.... Don't get mad, or Heated...if this shoe fits, then get rid of it....
Lov ya...I hope all will not take this beautiful life for granted... Live it to the fullest....

I have been getting emails from NC guys, saying they are not like this, and That's Great, I don't want you to think I mean Every Guy period, but a large selection...
I have been also getting emails from Ladies, who know what I am talking about...But it this doesn't apply to you....You are the rare breed, That women like me are seeking...
Don't let anyone change you, Stay Honest, and you will be happy...

If you read the message above yours, you will see that I am not speaking about every single Guy in NC, and The age arange I am speaking about isn't in the 60's or 70's
I'm sure you meet alot of old fashion men, not the younger ones, so I don't think you would understand what I am saying anyway, But I thank you for your reply...

Interesting . . . I do meet guys in your age range (and actually Newlady runs into some guys in your age range here on this message board, though I suspect she isn't dating them . . . if so . . . go NEW!) and I don't find that they are as you describe. Of course there are some, but I don't think men here are all that different from men in other cities. Maybe . . . I haven't really dated in other cities, but pretty much the men I've met are thoughtful and generous. Some have wanted sex without strings, but when I clarified what I was looking for, they were perfectly nice. I think we women sometimes perpetuate the problem. A lot of women want sex with no strings too, and men have come to expect it. Other women don't have enough self-confidence to believe that they can say no to sex and keep a man. It makes it hard for those of us who do respect ourselves. Just keep looking, and maybe look in different places.

Guys are dogs...bottom line...I can say your not looking in the right places but where is that magical right place.You think Charlotte is bad try coming to Asheville...most girls here are tree huggers or gay or gay tree huggers with hair on there legs longer than mine.Personally I don't want a girl who lays down quick,my woman would respect herself more...would someone tell me where this magical place is

In the first place, Hun, NewLady has met a lot more men I am sure than yourself. If you don't like the men in Carolina, then why don't you move to another state where you believe the Better Men reside? Obviously, you are not looking in the right places, or perchance you just draw the wrong kind to yourself?

If you carry yourself with respect then others will treat you with respect.Yes I am older and I have dated in other areas of the country.
Get to know the man ,first , show him you are a"Lady" and he will treat you as a Lady.
Guys are only looking for the Lady they want to make their own , the one they want to take home to meet Momma.

I have to say...Very Interesting...I love the Replies, and Everyone has a Great Point...This message is for the people who have a problem with my posting....I am Guessing That the people That are replying to this Post is SINGLE...Right? Because this site is called "DateHookup"....
Then why are you single? If the guys you are meeting are so great, and you are looking in the right places, then , I guess it's not the guys you meet that's the problem...But you???
