A flower picked while walking, taking my hand in his as we walk, that look that tells me I am the one he is wanting and needing and loving, putting his hand in the small of my back to guide me along without any pressure on it,learning my favorite things and then for example I love saxophone music...surprising me with having Kenny G playing Wind Beneath My Wings when I come into the room, going to the kitchen and fixing me a glass of tea while he gets his (that is something that has very rarely been done for me...I always was the waitress). Coming home to find the house clean,the laundry done,my supper on the table and he even washed dishes as he went! Notes left for me to find them. "I love you" or "Have a great day". And last but probably the most important to me...respect. He simply shows me respect in every way.

But the thing that made my heart melt, and even today just thinking it, is the 2:00am feedings. There is something so special about feeding a new born, when everyone else is asleep and it just you and him. He so tired he can't keep his eyes open, but at the sametime he was so hungry that his little hand would grasps the bottle for dear life. I use to refer to the late night feeding as "The Fix". Let see...as far as a woman making me melt. When she stick up for me...For example, a cashier giving me a hard time about something, and she step in and deal with. If she calls for the manager, I am in heaven. I just love it when a women takes control of a situation. I hate meek women. [Edited 2/10/2009 9:51:26 PM ]
