Am I wrong in saying that guys claim to want nice girls but deep down they really don't? based off of personal experience nice girls finish last just as frequently as so called "nice" guys do... any one else feel this way?

I am a nice guy looking for a nice girl.But some people take advantage of the nice and turns the nice into mean people faster then you know it!Yes I beleave that being nice is where it counts.Girls that go around flashing their tits and want men for sex only are not nice at all no matter how sweet they talk.Those are considered sluts in my view.The real nice girl or guy is more faithful on the person he or she is with.

Lol at the last comment.. girls who are slutty can be nice they just want different things.. however most guys don't apprecuate genuine girls with sincere morals... if you sleep with a guy to soon you're a slut there's no challenge and he won't call back if you wait too long you're prude. Men claim they are really simple but you guys send just as many mixed signals as women.. I have another ? that I want to post but I'm not sure I want the answer lol

A guy who is truly ‘a nice guy’ would most likely expect a girl to also ‘be nice’. Of course, all of us have fantasies…but ‘a nice guy’ would hold that in check until the relationship is much more solid. He would concentrate more on making the relationship more solid rather than the conquest of ‘getting sex’, or at least that’s how I work and I consider myself ‘a nice guy’.
Of course, I’m a guy and I have my fantasies, but I’ve learned my lessons…a girl who flashes me and is too easy, I know will be short fun that simply will not last. And that is not what I am looking for, personally. I’d prefer the fun to last for a longer time.
Unless, I wasn’t ‘a nice guy’, of course….I’d take her for a night, and then look for another girl before she has a chance to find someone else as well. And that’s a game I really don’t want to play since it has an entirely different set of goals than what I’m looking for.

I believe that as cliche as it actions constantly speak louder then words I don't need to tell people that I'm a good girl or a good person I let what I do speak for itself.. and every time a guy goes around referring to himself as a nice guy I've seen that that's clearly not the case.. I don't get why things have turned so complicated when it comes to relationships. I don't play mind games and I value and respect people who are the same way, however that seems to be the exception and not the rule these days

And as you know, most nice guys (based off their experience) know that as much as girls claim they want a nice guy they chase the a**hole. Its all the same reasoning for both sides. Its not a case of good or bad, its a case of who is more interesting/exciting to a person. Usually the "bad" boy/girl has that "well, they are exciting" vibe about them.
All you can do is keep your guard up and find someone that fits your lifestyle.

Well i think that guys want nice girls just like women want nice guys. But it's an illusion. You have to be cute for one. Just like if a girl is interested in a nice guy he has to be cute! I think sleeping on the first date definately gives the wrong impression unless that's all you wanted in the first place. Hey if that's the case then get it on! But if you want a relationship you have to be caring and hold a conversation in either sex.

Of course I am looking for a nice girl. I would like a relationship with communication and companionship. I am not sure what interests I might have in common with a bad girl. But I could be wrong because I have never dated one before.

that really depends i think, an average guy wants a trophy to put in simplicity, well look at this site for example, it's primarily based on first impression.. being photo! it seems the cuter the girl the more they can get away with, "with most guys." So when a guy says he wants a nice girl lol .. well i think that's bull shit. i think most want one that will speak their mind, and in my experience the more behaved the guy is the nicer the girl is~! Catch 22~!

Iventure4u has is right. There are plenty of us nice guys looking for nice girls for the right reasons. But, it's too easy to get taken advantage of. So, you have to take care and build the relationship. It's not hard - it just takes so much time.

We all are looking for the "Nice girl/guy" but.... WE all tend to turn towards the looks first. Sad, but very true. I'm sure if you decided to take the time to watch the world around you, you'd be amazed at how much everyone creates a opinion about someone just by meer apperances. IF you really want to see the "nice girl/guy" they are the ones who's with the attractive one, making sure that the attractive one makes it home safely.
