You can use Splenda for sugar in most any recipe. I have used it every since it came out.
Fruit 'ice cream'
I use buttermilk 4 cups
1 package frozen blueberries, strawberries, peaches or cherries blended in blender
can also use fresh fruit
3/4 cup of splenda for recipes
I have a little 2 quart ice cream freezer that spins till frozen for soft ice cream.
If you cannot use sugar white flour is also bad for you so is best to use mostly whole wheat flour for most of the flour in your recipe for baking.
