Life was good for 20 years and then I got cancer and he believed those vows "in sickness and in health" did not apply to him. Found himself a couple of sweeties to occupy his time while I recovered - I recovered just fine without him thank you!

My ex is soon to be my ex. He was Army and I supported him and what he wanted. I kept a life going here with our 3 boys while he was finishing up his tour stationed in CO. I thought things were going good and he would be home soon. He decided that all the problems he had were my fault and the girlfriend there was better than the wife and kids here. I have found out that he has been cheating on me for over a year and she is just the latest. I also found out that he has been lying about everything to do with me and his life back here. He said he wanted a divorce and wanted full custody of the kids. I filed and am trying to do what's best for the children and moving on. I am strong enough to know that I may not have been perfect but he walked out, so now its time to close that part of my life as much as you can when you have children together and walk forward with my head held high.

I pretty much married the first person I ever went out with. We lived together for two years before getting married. Were married for 9-1/2 years. I never really enjoyed sex with him, mainly cuz I CONSTANTLY got bladder/urinary tract infections. Needless to say, as the marriage went on, the sex was less and less often. One night he said "if we're never gonna have sex, we might as well get divorced." I said "okay" and we DID. I haven't been with MANY men since him, but I've enjoyed the sex WAY MORE than I ever did with my ex. And NO MORE bladder/urinary tract infections either!
