Seriously I dont like the buff dudes and the dudes who spend more time in the mirror than me. I just want a normal regular guy. I can't stand men who think they are all that. So yes drumm I am different than anyone else. I am true to myself and don't let society tell me what to like. I just like what I like. I wasnt f**kin round when I said im unique and different.

I'm a musician and I don't see anyone going crazy on me. Too old now, but thats ok. I still play a mean drumset and piano. I try to sing but I always act like I know what I'm doing.

Really no I wouldnt. I hate their attitudes. It is a total turn off. I cant stand men who have such success and feel they own the world. And I dont do the popular clique. Seriously its the truth. Id turn away from the men you describe faster than you can run. It is so not my thing. I just want a regular guy. Of course I want him to be able to support himself but I do not fall at the feet of power hungry men. I can't think of anything besides huge muscles that turns me off more.

It all falls into the wanting to be in the center of attention syndrome. Most musicians that i've known all have a persona of high confidence and self esteem as well. Women do seem to find those traits attractive. Plus the competition as well.............oh look, the MUSICIAN chose me over her. Sex, Drugs, and rock n roll. Oh to be one of the party girls. Enough said. Plus the feeling of superiority as they can go "backstage" and be with the band while the "other" girls have to wait outside. This is still a generalization of some women and not all obviously.
Plenty of musicians who are level headed and not ego tripped and driven and a lot of their girlfriends are very down to earth as well. A lot of this is credited towards bias and heresay and of course that is what gets the attention as well. Some musicians can differentiate between on stage and real life as well. I was in a band as well as my next door neighbor at the time (different bands) and unless you knew either one of us you'd never guess we even liked music, because off stage was real life, he had a very down to earth wife and kids, I didnt realize he was in a band until he bought a home stereo off of me and when I took it over to him I saw his guitars in the house. I even knew the band he was in and thought he looked familiar but never made the connection. The other side of the coin is one of my bandmates was one of the most cocky, brash, attention whoring s.o.b. you'd ever meet (he was a very good guitar player) but not someone you'd spend quality time with. Yes, he fulfilled OP's thoughts as well, the women just literally threw themselves at them since he was a guitar (COUGH) 'god'. Pure blasphemy I say. Maybe the 'bad boy' theory applies here as well. The only other thought I would have is that like athletes, musicians do things that most people cant. That draws attention. If you like sports, you gravitate towards athletes (high school) likewise with musicians because most people like music. Thats my opinion.

Women that are attracted to accomplished musicians are probably taken by the dedication and the creativity involved with the training and the art form. Why are gals attracted to cops and firefighters?? there is something about the control and self confidense that they have for the job. I generally am not a believer in tall tales about bedding down thousands of women---that is just stupid. But he has a TV show---I wouldn't watch it!! I played drums for many years--in all sorts of bands. AND I am a paid firefighter---I find women are more interested in the man as he is. I would not want a woman who only sees the drums or the macho image.... that is inane crap. Its meaningless.

Luciano Pavarotti did trade up for a much younger model when he hit the big time, but that's not quite as big of a deal in Europe as it is in the allegedly 'Puritan' U.S., where everybody loves to talk about sex, but the only people actually having any are the teenagers.......
