Good point Lastrad. I do not hate what others believe but sometimes say spontaneously sarcastic when they say they know what they are worshipping and yet do not worship what they say they are worshipping. My mouth does open up and say things and often my brain is not connected to it at the time.
But I do find that Christians are not the only ones that have perverted what the original teacher taught. When Confucius, Mohammad, Buddha and Jesus lived they taught pretty much the same things and their followers are the ones that distorted their teachings to mean something different.

For what it is worth; Jesus has warned us that:" many will come in my name". And it is true that many do come in the name of Christ, knowing and quoting the bible with the verses just as they themselves have written it. BUT...the true Christian does what was asked of them and that is to spread the good news...this is not necessarily done with words. Rather it is done by action through the deeds of spreading Peace,Love,Healing the dispirited souls
along with aiding in the well-being of the children (orphans) and the widows. Let us not forget the elderly etc...
Now if all Christians adhered to this the what negative could be said of the entire community of Christianity? Opening the eyes of our community to what the truth is truly saying to us is the difficulty. This should also be the message during all fellowshipping.
And it is not that the word should not be spoken to others. Yet, the word should be spread to others by saying: "it is because He first loved me so, I in turn love you".

i do not hate other religions but i will use these people as example the religion that straps bombs to their children ,brain washing inosent children to blow them selves up and kill other people having them believe they will go to heaven for it that is what i do not agree with ,i do not hate the people it is what they do.

I think the problem here, is that many Christians have the zeal that Paul had.
...before he got enlightened by a direct revelation from God, he was a Christian [killer].
Because many beleive that if one doesn't profess Christ that person will fry in hell,
they are also zelious in trying to convert[bible thump]others.
They view other beleifs as [oposing beleifs] and act as competitors for the upholding of God's way.
When in reality our Creator is far above man and his religious enterpretations.
And when He came down here to this earth He brought the message of "one-ness" with the Father and the "brotherhood" of mankind.
Love YOUR God and serve YOUR brother!

We are not trying to kill christians or even change their beliefs but to ask politely to please keep it to yourself and quit trying to kill us, change us and be gleeful that you think your god is gonna kill us and torture us forever.

Saul, Paul, was a terrorist Because he had a "religious" mind. He became enlightened and wrote some letters. People took those letters, developed "religious" minds, and became, in their own ways, terrorists.
"christian", like "water", is a useless term because it promotes a religious mind, at worst, and complacency, at best. Like water, it could be pure distilled, or filthy.
i have no answers to the problems that Paul helped to unknowingly create. Just observations/perspectives that are subject to change with additional input.

Christian is to be Christ like, or like Christ.
Christ likened himself to the Father making him God like.
In all my studies of Jesus I have never read any documentation where he physically attacked another individual. It is true that he Broke Down The Barriers of the Scribes and the Pharisees, that he did hate the way they lived and treated the people. Jesus was a man of equality for the Down-Trodden which were the Woman, Children, The Sick and The Lame.
However, Jesus,like God, never hated the people themselves. He hated the their beliefs which led to their actions in how they treated others.
If by chance you think it is the way for you to live your life by living as the Scribes and the Pharisees then do not whimper when in return you are treated the same by those who believe the way that you do.
I love the Equality Principle lathered in Love and Peace myself. Spread it like Jam

I don't hate what others choose for their belief system, even though it could be the wrong choice for me. I don't hate what others think and say either. Why waste my time and energy, have my own life to live, and I am content and happy with it. I do disagree with some choices by others that attempt to influence and bully, cause harm and have fought for my rights and those of others at times. Still, I do not hate, for it is draining and serves no purpose and when I am angry at someone, I try to find a creative positive way to deal with that. Caused hurt to others in the past with my anger and it solved nothing except more of the same, a vicious circle.
