Well, I'll take a shot at this. Now, don't get angry. You did ask. To me your picture looks dark and sinister. You remind me a little of Charles Manson and I'd be afraid of you. You could possibly be a very nice man but with the long hair and sinister look, I'd pass on you... and for your information,I don't care about race or ethnicity.

Hey hotrod: Thats a bold question to ask, tho I give you credit for having the nerve. 
Wiley youre right. I think most women don't want to be put on the spot knowing that "no I wouldn't date you based on your picture" potentially could be taken personally & may hurt hotrod's feelings...
So to answer your question hotrod, based purely on personal preferences I have to admit that no I wouldn't - and that's based purely on my preference for men who are clean cut (ie. short hair) and clean shaven (I can do a well trimmed goatee, but have trouble getting past a full beard.) Long hair on men just doesn't do it for me...
Wow that was tough to answer!
Now- if you were to ask would I talk to you, get to know you here, or out and about? Absolutely! 
Hmmmm- Just learned that I have different standards talking to people making new acquaintances, then I do when looking for a potential date/partner....Hmmm food for thought.
