I've spent the majority of this life with little or no friends..true friends are hard to find..and most of the gals on my friend's list asked me..made the first move to be a friend..I'm not a collector..but maybe I am..nice to have people in my life to bounce things off of.
God knows the voices in my head are steering me wrong..

Just as a opinion only! "If one was to judge you by the amount of friends on your list then what"?, Yes this is a dating web site! but do they really think, were flyin around meeting with these people and doing what ever! COME ON! Are we to limit our friends to make others happy and suit them?????????

A man can have many young girls with whom he communicates and still be in love with and faithful to one older woman. Chris Rock says a man is only as faithful as his options.
I've never agreed with this even if it may be true. Frequently men, when in a satisfying relationship, tend to focus on things like work and golf and fishing and other important things. And it's not until he is relentlessly hounded about not spending enough time or being romantic or (the list is endless), does he then feel the need to revert back to the contacts he may have once had or might now acquire.
If you are reluctant to enter an arena with much competition, you limit your possible victories. If you don't take shots, you don't score points. My philosphy is age is not a reason to shy away from competition nor is it a barrier to finding someone you like. Of course my low number is 30, what's yours?

I have lots requests for friends but I don't have a friends list because when I see someone with all there friends listed, I figure they are to busy for me. I do have a lot of friends here though.

I have a large friends list. It makes it easier to see when they are online so I can talk with them. If I had a specail man in my life he would be the first one on my list stating that he is my love. Most of mine I have a note under them about how I feel. I have alot of brothers and sisters that I have adopted on here. They are dear to me. If I didn't love them in their own way they would not be friends.
I would hope that a man would not be put off by the number of friends that I have. I guess I need to add a note to let a man know that there is no one specail man in my life that I am in love with. But I won't give up my friend's that are on my list now. Some have gave up on me, but I treasure friendship.

I sometimes glance at their friends list but I don't go by who's all on there. I read their profile and if it doesn't state what they are looking for, I ask. If I'm a collectable then I will be for while then I do some cleaning. Never had an person who I've deleted ask me why I took them off my list ... so I'm not that rememberable
