I'm alergic to cats, but, I've have three. I can't believe you let them in your homes? My cats stay outside, and kill whatever they are going to eat. They even chase stray dogs out of my yard. They are very feral. I don't understand maiming an animal to keep it as a pet? I've never talked to them though, we just nod at each other as we pass by.

how do they keep pests at bay when you have declawed them? That's the only reason I have the cats so they can get rid of the moles and whatever varmits that might try to invade my space.

Why wouldnt you let cats in your home..my god they are pets as dogs and birds are.
No varmits here..I havent decided if I am going to get her fronts declawed yet but she does need to get fixed.

*true story here*
I met this woman once offline, we met at her job, then went back too her place, all the signals were there,
So I drive home, and the next day I get an email from here stating that there was a red flag there and she is sorry that she can't see me any more.
So I ask her what the red flag was, and she responded, *my cat didn't like you, so that's a red flag*

 ..I dont know about cats but I used that as a sign ..if my dog didnt like them it wouldnt work..They are a good judge of people, now cats? thats another story

I wouldn't let them in the house because I am alergic to them, and they wouldn't be much use to me in the house anyway? They belong outside where they can earn their keep.

mikey did you see this procediur done
it is rather easy my dad is a vet and i have helped him before
to declaw
they simply put them to sleep
slip the claw out and snip that part of the toe off and then simply put crazy glue there
do all the toes and wrap the foot
but 350 is about right for every thing
and yes you can pick up your tags at the local farm supply just ask for them

Fish!!!!>>>Oh the grief!!!!..i suffer everyday from the loss of my little Flippy!!!!.
Last halloween i decided to enter Flippy in the pet costume contest.....
He was so cute in the "shark suit" that i had made for him!!!!
Then he stopped thrashing about, i thought he was playing shark, and sank to the bottom and lay on his side...
the vet in the emergency room said that he suffocated in the costume.
Oh, Flippy, what have i done?!!..Forgive me!!???..halloween will never be the same.
