How many time have we heard women get angry about guys looking at there chest. If they did not show them, we would not look as much. I know that weather has alot to do with style, but if they show them, should we not look.

Sometimes I can't help it..I'm taller than the average bear..standing at 6'8 and have to look down to talk with most , if not all people..
Yeah, summer time brings out more open blouses..and I admit..it is a challenge to NOT look down that blouse when talkin with a lady..but it can be done..I think I've done it once..or twice..

Somebody finally said it, thanks! I agree. I hate it when they get mad at us for looking down there when they basically let them hang out sometimes. How can we not look? They should only get worried if we stop looking when they are hanging out. lol

Of course they want us to look at them. If they like you they don't mind.

women dress differently esp when men are around--but if she thinks you're talking to her chest then stop looking down but tell her right away: i'm getting a similar negative reaction from you too--say: my peter is getting hard once i saw your eyes looking down too--perhaps seriously this woman has been hit on for her chest only then guys talking about other things in common...if women dress in such a way you can say this too: if you're going to dress like that then being a man i'm not stupid enough "not" to notice myself--we are both over 50 and in most cases women want to be noticed anyway they could in public esp with younger women around too--and she wore a stop sign for sure

If a woman takes offense or busts me looking at their breasts and looks like she's going to go off I just tell them, "Please tell your tits to quit staring at my eyes"

I for one will look at a womans chest, and tell her what I'm looking at. If a woman spends $$$$$$ to get a boob job she's asking for men to look. And if a man looks at a womans chest I feel its a way of complementing the nice set of sweater puppies she has. So look all you want, isn't that whats expected of us?

Exactly don't gawd. Be sophisticated about it. Work your way from her chest to her face, make eye contact, and then when she looks away, check out the chest again. She knows your looking anyway, but at least she isn't watching you do it.
