Any thoughts on Pheromones? Anyone tried them? Yes, no, waste of money and time?
Personally I've experimented and treated my usage like an experiment, tried different types in different amounts with different people. I still don't know.

Strangly enough, researchers have found that pheromones,(both synthetic and natural), seem to work better if you're attractive.
Go figure...

That too.....but if someone walks behind you (and is attractive)...the smell makes you notice them....whereas you might never have seen them pass.....
I guess it would work equally well with animal piss too.

An attractive stinkbomb will still do better than a good smelling Quasimodo.

Personally when I used Dial Magnetic Pheromone Infused bodywash, my wife liked me better. And when getting a haircut the lady was much more touchy feely. That got me thinkin' about all the other pheromone products out there and if any work or what other people's experiences might have been. And smart asses, you know I'm not talking about scents for hunting. Although some of the products use pheromones derived from pig urine, some are from human urine, and most are synthetic.

I have never tried any but used to wonder about their effect. When i would wear my favorite perfumed lotion people always complimented me on it and said my body chemistry worked well with it. I would stick to what you wore in the past if you noticed a change in women's reactions towards you.
PS. I happen to prefer shy guys anyway!

It's the placebo effect.
Anything that raises your confidence level, will make you more attractive.
If it works for you.....go for it...

My exwife used to make her own soap and sell it. She used me as a guinea pig testing it.
Ever had a chemical soap burn?
One quality control item I quickly discovered...she used to cut the bars and not 'curve' or 'shave' down the edges..
.....Washing balls and sharp edges rarely go together.

Zest does it to me. Mmmm. No cologne needed, just some Zest and some Old Spice deoderant.
Pam and Cin- Febreeze made pumpkin pie scented fabric spray but it was seasonal!

Good aftershave is Addidas
There are not many options for body wash....they pretty much all smell the same to me.

I am an old spice man, myself...have always used it, and the generic brand I buy at CVS smells as spicey as the real mcoy, as the recent compliment from my recent date attests !

I think the Old Spice thing is wrapped up with our ideas of masculinity - our dads, uncles, grandfathers probably wore it - it means 'manly' on some level to me.
