Send him flowers with a love letter and a bottle of wine. And if you hand deliver them yourself, wear something really sexy, like a long tee shirt that has "I am Sorry" printed on it, and nothing else.
It would work for me....and I can hold a grudge with the best of them.

If things like this happen lots... maybe slow down... Why can't the guy come to you?? I think the guy should pick you up... come to visit you at your home...etc. If you have dated that long he should be in the courting stage. Sounds like your past the courting stage so dump his ass. He was hurt....especially on a planned date..you don't know of all the trouble that he may have gone through planning this date. but two sides to every story..after 8-9 ???? years ...just depends how you want to make it work...

If I was you & you been seeing & lovin each other 8-9 yrs. something tells me we got problems HOUSTON & you two probably been having them w/him for awhile. One shouldn't get so UPSET over something so trivial, a flat tire.
