cachehiker Hyde Park, UT age: 46	It was actually a follow up to a blind date that went OK. A buddy's girlfriend's friend and I went out for pizza one evening after having been set up. We talked and she seemed like somebody worth seeing again. The four of us decided to go camping with some mutual friends about a week later. She showed up with the single largest God awful embarrassingly huge hickey I think I've ever seen courtesy of the guy she had supposedly broken up with. I should've bailed right then and there. I ended up having to share a tent with her and wasn't willing to drink much beer for fear of contracting a case of compromised judgement. My buddy and his gal wandered off into the night leaving us to ourselves, the tent was too small for the situation, my sleeping bag (the only one I owned at the time) was way too warm for the conditions, and I couldn't spread out a bit to keep cool lest I give her the wrong idea by actually touching her. What a miserably uncomfortable evening that just wouldn't end. To give her just a teensy tiny wee bit of credit, I was later told he forced it/himself on her and she eventually kicked him in the crotch to get him to knock it off. Who knows how much of that was true. I only ever saw her once after that at my buddy's wedding.

She was barely smart enough to be in community college and shew as very unattractive, but she was nice so I decided to go on a pity date (simple dinner and movie as friends)... At the movie... a cowboy with a huge hat sat in front of me (so i couldnt see, a stinky kid was kicking my chair the entire movie in back.. and.. worst of all... my exgf showed up with a date of her own and saw who i was with, sitting maybe half a row down. That was bad enough.. but after the date.. the girl started stalking me. memorized my class schedule.. followed me around the hallways.. stood outside my door for hours at a time.. it was bad. NEVER again will i go on a pity date, haha.

safetyglrl Syracuse, UT age: 50	My daughter told me about her boss tonight at dinner. Michelle is 35. She was on Facebook one night and this guy she knew from High School IM'd her. They got to talking and she remembered him being nice looking and fun in high school, so she took a chance and invited him over to watch a movie. He arrived at her house and she answered the door just as a car pulled away. He was standing there on her front porch. She said. "where's your car? Who was that?" Oh...my dad dropped me off. She invited him in and they sat down to watch the movie. She offered him a beer and brought one back for him as well as her. During the next thirty minutes, he proceeded to go to her kitchen and help himself to six more... Then he laid down on her couch and said he was going to go to sleep now. She said, "Ummmm you cannot stay here. I have to get up early for work tomorrow and my kids are not going to see someone they don't know on the couch tomorrow morning." So, he got up and went to the door and started to walk down the porch path. She called out to him, "Do you want to call your dad to come get you?" He said, "nah, I am going to walk." She lives in Clinton. He lived in Layton over by Little Caesars Pizza. I wonder if he sobered up on that long walk?

Okay, that's a pervert. He had just moved to Utah to make doll houses. He thought the market would be good here. 2nd sign of a pervert. just_ct Rome, GA age: 50	Lets see.... Worst date ever? The one where I go to pick her up and we're walking out to the car with her mother following us and holding her two little pomeranians. Then I stand there stunned as she opens the door for her mother and puts her in the back seat with the pair of dogs. "I hope you don't mind. I never leave home without my babies and Momma is going to help me watch them while we're eating." We get to Olive Garden and of course they aren't about to let us sit at the tables with two mutts. The date and her mom promptly lose their minds and start screaming and yelling profanities at the manager at the top of their voices. And this embarassment lasts a good 20 minutes because the two of them simply refuse to stop screaming long enough to understand that its a health code violation for the restaurant. We finally leave Olive Garden and the mom chunks the dogs in my backseat and then just leaves out and walks across a 6 lane divided highway to a liquor store. Returns with a fifth of Jim Beam, plops down in my car and they both start guzzling it straight from the bottle.(btw open container of alchol is an instant DUI for the driver in GA.) Well they are having a party in the back of the car and talking about how they now want to go DANCING and find momma a man. The dogs are eating gum out of the ashtray, puking on my front floorboard, and shedding all over the place. I decide enough is enough. I crankup and head back to her house. Halfway there the two of them figure out that we aren't headed toward a club but back to their home and start raising drunken Cain. We arrive at their home, they climb out mad as wet hens and proceed to start kicking, hitting and throwing anything nearby they can lay their hands on at my 2 wk old maxima. I get out of there as fast as possible and discover a block away that her two pomeranians are still in the backseat. [Edited 2/18/2010 6:34:45 PM PST]

And even though this was a very respectable neighborhood located on one of the golf courses here, the two "ladies" were still in the yard, drunk as skunks and raising hell at the top of their voices. Did I happen to mention that this was my first date with this person? Did I mention that she called me later that night and asked me to come bail them out of jail because it was my fault they had started drinking in the first place? Did I mention that she showed up the next day at my house with her dogs and a car full of her belongings? Wanting to move in because she'd had a fight with her mother sometime during the night and had been kicked out of the house?
