Good morning to all. Got up at 6:00AM to see my son off to his summer job. Then walked the dogs- not very far I'm afraid, muscles hurting from yesterday's hour bikeride at the gym, but they were happy anyways. Then I started peaking in here and now I really need to get my butt in gear, I have stuff to do...ugh

Hi and goodmorning to everyone. It is a cool clear morning here
this morning in tn hope you wake up to a great morning and a bottle
of motrin near by i did so i can move a little easier. our routine
with this time of morning potty break, meds, feed the animals and
then back to bed. sorry not a morning person. don't even drink coffee.

Same goes for me! I need to be outside to lift my spirits. Being on the computer makes me keep looking for Brian and I can't find him. I have to go "cold turkey" when it comes to the computer. DH doesn't seem to be working for me. I feel it might be time to say goodbye for a while and go out and play in the sun or rain.

I can understand that you feel that way and you know that everyone here will miss you and think of you. I think that a mixture of it all is the right way to go. You can't solve stuff and move on if you just sit at home and fiddle on the computer- you need to get out and see and "touch" people, too; however, for me, when I am home in the evening and the thoughts start coming and running away with me, it has been helpful to me to have you ALL out there to take my mind off of stuff. I think that you have to make a decision that feels right to YOU, though. Take care, be safe and be happy- either way you go.
