my nickname was given to me by my father.

i have 7 siblings, one day my dad took us all to the park... when we got home they couldnt find me, they went back to the park , looked all over the house , and the community. when they finally found me........

i was under the kitchen table with a stick of butter, just going to town on it...... lol. after that , my dad said i was his little butterball.

even on his death bed, he was asking my mom , where is my little butterball.

My youngest son used to be called Parkay because when he was still in his playpen he would go down and say butter and pop up and say Parkay! Like the commercial.

I have no idea why daddy called me the pk. But it stuck.

For years I thought my name was jerbeckpaula. Mom had to go though the list to get to my name.

Didn't when i was growing up unless you consider my mother calling, "CarolJean" out in the neighborhood when she was looking for my sister, Carol and I. That was back in the "good ole days" when kids could play outside. I miss those days.

Anyway, now I do as result of business, it's "J.J." which comes from my first and middle name. Many years ago my Manager's name was Jean so they had to do something with me so customers would not get the wrong person and I've had it ever since.

Now, this is the kind of "serious" Thread I like. tee, hee.
