I miss coming home from work flopping down in my bean bag chair and everytime she would pass by me in the room she would run her fingers through my hair on the way to where ever she was going.. back and forth everytime. It made my day and she knew it and knew that I knew it

I think that's a good point LDT.
I miss the little things too. However they were few from him.
I know mine were not appreciated or even recognized.
So now I know what I want from any possible future relationship.

I don't miss my ex at all and in all honesty its probably more the feeling of security in knowing how well someone knows me and I know them. You are right though they are ex's for a reason. ((I still miss the hair ruffle though))

her cooking,us cooking together,the sex,the way she gave me a small kiss once when she thought I was asleep, her holding me, Helping me buy clothes so I looked good, Exfoliating and moisturizing my feet, cleaning and pulling the hair out of my ears, back rubs and scratching, the way she smelled, she kept my house clean, she peeled the shrimp,she peeled crabs for me, there's a lot I miss about her,in some ways it was good some bad.

I miss friendships that now I cant share, because they no longer wont me there.
They chose another are else to be along, either way the closeness is gone.
No grudges are anger will I feel, for that means they hold on to my heart still.
Anger is but away for other to control, so I ‘ve long since let that go.
They chose to stop the time we shared, But I hope they find happiness somewhere.
They gave me sweet memories to forever hold, they chose not I, to stop there flow.
And end they did, and ended they stay, but apathy is not a word you hear me say.
Thinks for the inspiration, hope all finds truth inside, but this dude is calling it a night.

I miss a morning kiss, a goodnight tuck-in & kiss & snuggle, feet always touching, a man's chest to lay my head on & feel safe and secure, a loving smile, a caring embrace, a silly pinch or pat on the butt, running around the house chasing each other until 'we' fall together in a passionate puddle!
