I am sorry you have been disappointed, but with as attractive as you are it seems as though you could be extremely selective in your dating process.
Perhaps if I / We knew more about the specifics behind your disappointments a little advice or observation could help.

I think the hanging of the dating shoes is probably a realistic decision...I'm not sure this is the place to find that...
But there are really great friends to be made on here...which can make all the difference in life...?

What's the rush with finding someone??? Settling with just anyone isn't the answer and being miserable because of settling. Have some fun here and just keep posting. You're more than likely to find someone when you're not searching.

I know how you feel Lisa,,, I think that every so often... but I just hang in here and talk to these nice people... enjoy the company... If a date comes along here or out in the world, then I will consider it at that time. But hangin here is good for me. I get a lot of laughs....

The other poster hit it on the head...look at your
Friends...You have been looking for a "hot" NJ dad...your
words on one post you made. I think you need to re-think
your priorities. There are lots of nice guys around but "hot"
men your age are hard to find and harder to pin down.

So take a break, just spend some time making sure you are happy with you and your situation in life, and if a guy comes along later that you feel like getting to know, then great! Otherwise you've got some great friends to chill with, right?

OMG...you all are soooo sweet and nice with your replys....If i am goin to be HONEST i will say i am very vain when it comes to dating....I like a HOT man with muscles i do.Its not that easy to change......I'm attracted to looks 1st.....so basically i'm screwed cause all the HOT guys i like....... like 25 yr olds........not 39 yr olds with kids!!!!
