The question is do you want to have casual sex with someone you are dating or are you actually in a relationship. Dating is all fun and games to alot of people and me personally it is a way to get to know someone. dating is not when I will sleep with someone unless it goes to the next step. Now if we get into a relationship where we are only with each other then it is different. I am the monogamous type I don't play around and I expect the person I am with to be the same.
If in three dates he decides I am the one he wants to be with in a relationship then great it might happen but if not oh well. You usually know after 3 dates if you want to spend more time with that person and build a relationship.

No, jammil, you're missing my point and I think you have it backwards.
Too many women "gamble" on sex for all the reasons I stated. They have sex because of what they think HE'S thinking instead of what they want. They could be hot as hell for him on the first date but won't initiate because they worry that HE will think them a slut. Or they "hold out" for a bazillion dates and make him jump through hoops until they think HE'S in love with them and it's for real.
If you read through the posts of all the the women who whine that all he was after was sex and they were used, you will see they focus on what they thought HE was thinking, as opposed to what THEY wanted for themselves.
There should be no gamble for either partner. Either partner should initiate sex when THEY choose for their OWN reasons, not because of what they think are the other person's motives.

I have had sex the first day I met a woman before and dated her for months. I've also waited a few dates only to find out that we're not compatable in bed and ended it shortly there after. I've come to the conclusion that if all a man wants is sex, then, as soon as he gets it, he moves on to other women. His loss, really, because falling in love is a wonderful thing!
This is such poor thinking. A lot of women have sex after a few dates then they second guess themselves into oblivion. I know this has a lot to do with upbringing, women are taught it is appropriate to overly cautious and draw conclusions on little evidence. First and foremost if you had sex with a guy in a hurry you were using your instinct and it is bad to second guess yourself out of a relationship. If you had sex you should stick around for a while and validate your first impression; it is toss up if the guy is good or not but if you do not validate your first impression you will never get good at picking men.
First of all I wont have sex till I am MARRIED.... yes it means im a virgin cause im not stupid. Anyway I would like to go on alot of dates but I will never have sex till Im married.
