Within a couple of weeks after seeing each other almost daily. After the first passionate kiss I knew for sure. Usually it takes much longer for me but I fell "hook , line, and sinker" for this guy real quick.

I can "fall for someone" in a matter of seconds. Depending on what you mean by "fall for," of course. If you include the women I saw in a movie, and wanted to crawl through the screen and marry immediately, or women I met casually, and was struck by their poise and perfume, there are a fair number of yes answers in that column.
But if you mean "what is the fastest you've gone from meeting someone, getting to know them ,and been CORRECTLY certain that they are a good match for you, and then become so entranced with them that you want to steer you life by their stars forever?" then that list is still at ZERO.

I've had that first sight experience. I get it from my parents. Dad's from Jersey. Was in the army and went to California. Met my Mom in LA, married two weeks later, been going strong for 50+ years. Still in love, God bless 'em!

I have at first sight, but it has not turned into any relationships or marriages yet, so I would conclude that love at first sight happens, but does not work out.
