I cry, eat, eat, yes eat!
But after I dry my tears and stop eating; I've learned to reflect on the relationship.
I've learned to take responsibilty for both the positive and negative contributions that I made , so I won't make the same mistakes again.

I usually cry a little, sleep a lot, and eat nothing for about 3 days - then feel better and realize that I actually don't miss him so much anymore and I move on w/ my life.

I go shopping, hang out with the girls, takes bubble baths. Then I ask God to help me see things the way He wants me to see them. Because sometimes God has better waiting for you that you are being prepared for. I guess that's exactly what I am doing now. So you are not alone.

Bebita, you're right. God will never give you more then you can handle. There's a reason for everything and he has a plan for us all. It's normal to feel sad and depressed, but you have to remember that you need to pick yourself off the floor and get ready for the next adventure God has in store for you. Think positive

I probably cry for few hours and learn from it.
The next day I let it go for good and move on!
Life's too short to carry those baggage with me more than 24 hrs, don't need it.. buh bye

Take one step & then another & keep my head held up & think to myself...God must REALLLY be working on preparing the person he has chosen for me.
There's alot of life left to live.

Depends on the amount of time and my heart that was involved in the relationship.
I allow myself to be sad/sulk for 24 hours, then the next day I pick my a$$ up and move on. I don't want to be with the wrong one or with someone who doesn't appreciate me - it's not personal, it just wasn't meant to be. I'd rather be alone than with the wrong person because that would be soooo miserable.
You can't control what someone else does but you can control how you allow it to impact you. If you take it personally, that's personally your own fault. I know that sounds harsh but when we are sad about relationship loss we tend to get stuck wallow. Oh poor, poor me. If that person didn't appreciate you or wasn't meant for you - why would you want to be with them?
I suppose this is easier said then done when you are in the midst of dealing with the breakup of a relationship. It's tough but I really try to follow this advice.

Me.. I usually reach for that stupid drink and hope it helps me forget that tonight there ain't gonna be another warm body to hold and keep me feelin like today wasn't so bad. I try to hold on to the good memories we shared so I can laugh instead of cry. Then I curl up in my dark room and just pray that the next one God sends me will be The lifetime one I've been waitin my whole life for. But thatz just me...After a moment of reflecting comes that point when you gotta admit to yourself if not to them as well that yes you did lack in certain areas, but after that all you can do is pick up the pieces and move on with your life. you just gotta let go and let God. live, learn, and make the right changes.
