I'm not talking about girls with that's on their titties, but right under their neck. Is it the new thing to do? Should I up them by getting a tattoo on my face like Mike Tyson? Or on my forehead? Lol

Im not sure if its is even a "new thing" as Ive seen it around since... well... tattoo's have been around. Perhaps in your area? xD We've been doing throat tats and collar bone tats for years in my shop, on both males and females.

You don't have to like them... but there's no need to bash it. Tattoos aren't for anyone but the person getting them IMO.
Forehead is a lot harder to cover than the chest btw... LOL

It's just another part of the body... last I checked you could get tattooed anywhere you had skin.
And for the record, yes, I have a tattoo on my chest. For some people placement is just as important as the art itself. I have my tattoo across my chest because it was meaningful to do so.

About the tattoo on your face since I never addressed that. You are 23 years old. You're young. What kind of job are you looking for? A piercer or tattooist, because NO OCCUPATION will take you seriously with ink plastered on your face. I love tats, love piercings, worked in a shop and I know this. We try to deter people, especially young people from doing so.
Mike Tysons is a trademark, it's what draws him away from others. He's a professional. You are not. If you chose to get a tat on your face 1) Do not copywrite infringe on it. Dont mimic the one Tyson has. 2) Remember any form of occupation you want is going to depend on that tattoo. You might think its "cool" now, however dont be stupid about it. Although the tattoo'd community is getting better respect than we had, stamping ink across yourself will not do you a justice.
That was my word of warning like nearly all tat shops will give you. Take it as you see fit.

I'm not looking for a job, I got people working for me, I have my own businesses. I'm not copying Tyson, because its going to be half my face, and I'm planning to do my other half later on.

Well dont say that no warnings were ever made. Im curious about the tattooist who will actually do it (most wont without multiple sessions for information as well as counseling) Once again though don't be cocky. Glad you have people working for you, but you can 100% guarantee that will be the case for the rest of your life? I have a business as well, as does several other friends and I have to keep a job on the side and am never dumb enough to think it's going to be permanent.
Just be smart. Don't do something just because you think its "cool". No one in the business world, even if you own your own company, will take you seriously. don't forget, even if you OWN your own business, you will have to work with other business's in the future to push yours ahead. As independent as a self owned business is, it's not COMPLETELY. You just happen to be the boss~

I don't think you understand, I'm getting my tattoo whether you like it or not. I'm not worried about my future finances. I don't do business meetings at all. I have corporate officers do that for me. It will probably take a few sitings, but that's why I will have my tequila with me.

Tat's are a form of art,,They all have a story to tell and as you know they are becoming more popular these days, We need to help stop the discrimination of Tats,,People look at it that they are bad, Look at the meaning of them, They are for Memories,Love,Life,Sorrow,Etc,,Woman use to hide them, Now they show them off which I think is awesome,,A Tat around the neck is like wearing a necklace but it is permanent...You Go Girls

xD I love meaningful tats. I believe all tattoo's should have a statement, a personal meaning to them. If you're just getting ink for the sake of getting it, with nothing in there connecting you and the piece, that's just a poor decision on your part. I remember my boss always asking the hidden meaning behind the artwork, always making sure they were sure and why they were receiving it. He wanted his art to be meaningful as well, and was insulted if they just wanted to use him as a means of making themselves "look cooler". We had those pre-made designs on the walls, but he always refused to do them unless the individual changed it up for their own means~

Yes, but people have been getting tats on their faces for specific reasons. Most just don't do it for the attention. If there is a spiritual or deep meaning to the tattoo that requires you to place it on the face due to your ancestors or religion, then yeah, they're beautiful. But that doesn't mean these people are respected. My shop was open to anyone doing this if it had a deep sentimental meaning. Also though we took into account the rest of their body. Do they have full body tattoo's? Do they have other body mod? (Speaking on accounts of people like "The Snake", which I hope you've heard of. I assume at least)
If you plan on doing something like this, at least be smart and get as much information as possible. Those with large body mods are more than happy to answer any questions you might have. Like with any practice, learn what you can prior to doing it. Interview these people, ask them why they did it, and what its done to them.
I just want you to be safe and not ruin your life. I bet anyone would. You can take it as an insult if you want.

Also remember, as great as any business man is, they are always aware that in the future, things might change. Im almost 22 atm, and I have my own business and I also want to get a facial tat (have spoken with my ex boss in the shop about it a lot, its all prepared and such. Not large, barely an inch near my eye). However I am only 22 and Im aware of this. As much as Id like to keep my business, 20 years down the line who knows what will happen. Id love to get this tat right now. Id skip work right at this moment if I knew I could. But, Im waiting.
The first post you made, you were asking if you should "one up" those girls. You obviously arn't aware of how popular chest tats have been for the last 20 yrs, its nothing new. You were asking "if you should" get a tat on your forehead and neck, but you obviously already seemed to know the answer. Unless you only decided yes because I bucked against it. So If you're just going to get mad at people who say its not a good idea, why ask at all?
