choosey: i said basically the same as dobid said--was i not believeable since part of my own business at one time b4 911 was water filtration for homes...don't always believe what the TV says--when it's hard water it means the water contains minerals in it--that means the minerals in the water have to heat first, then the water boils...in pure water it boils faster because there is not any minerals in the water--if you bake or cook with pure water or even make cool aid everything tastes better, if the water is pure (water and cool-aid vs water, minerals in the water plus cool-aid just separates the taste)--and believe this: take pure water and mix it with ivory liquid soap and that solution is better than windex for your windows and if i'm lying, shoot me or hate me///--what i'm saying ivory soap is 99 % pure and pure water is 99.99% pure too and mixed together you get a solution again better then windex fro your glass cleaning

SOP...
I did not address anything you said on here...as we had an agreement...I would not get in your space or you mine...however, without my knowing , apparently there has been a change...so out of respect to you, sir, I will simply state that I have respected your opinions on this and am glad you have expressed your opinion...however, the subject really had nothing to do with anything other than an announcement made by CNN on the concern of prescription drug traces found in tap water.
so I will leave this thread....enjoy...

DNR & EPA has alot of information on the subject of water standards,,you can Google your state & region about the water you drink,
in rural missouri [south of the missouri river] has some of the best water in the country,,our creeks & rivers are clean running with gravel & sand to help filter it,,
only 15% of the population gets their drinking water from wells,,
