I am talking with another man on here tht has the same issue except he has let her do this 5 times. There comes a point where u need to take a look at the situation and let it go.
My friend Alex......also a DH friend, reminded me that I deserve trust, honesty and respect. Nothing less is acceptable!

Why do you want her? You know you can't trust her with your heart again. You are only in love with the life you once shared, with the dreams that died when the realtionship did.
Concentrate your efforts in healing yourself.

It takes 2 to make a relationship work.
You can ask to meet with her, to discuss things and get answers. Either she's willing to focus on a relationship with you or not.
If not, you have an answer - step 1 to move towards closure.
Yes it's absolutely painful; but you need to move on, dissolve the marriage; and then use the pain to grow.
I disagree with the other person who stated there is no closure. It's a shame he was blind sided or served with divorced papers like that. Really, kind of a cowardly way to handle things in my mind.
Sometimes, problems exist between you and if one doesn't acknowledge them (denial), the other is left with few alternatives.
Closure is really about acknowledgment & acceptance. Acknowledgment doesn't mean you have to turn everything that was once good into a bad memory. It just means there's a bit of both. Once you recognize that, it's easier to accept the relationship is over and you can find peace within yourself again.

I think the other party is guilty of *alienations of affections*. Some have collected large amounts of money from this..but the guilty party has to have a lot of assets or something to collect form. Otherwise there is nothing to collect from..$$$ wasted.
BE SURE TO CANCEL any credit cards, and put a FRAUD ALERT ON YOUR credit file,
so she cannot open any new accounts without your written authority.
AS long as you are married, you are still responsible for your credit in both of your names, and **she can be living well at your expense**....that is hard to deal with when you still are in love with the person....as we hear you tell it.
I think this one is a DONE DEAL....she is with another. The pain burns in your mind every day and night. It is time to start healing.
Be gentle with yourself...you are fragile.

First of all one doesn't just "fall out of love" with someone. Falling "out of" love with someone takes time just as it did when one begins to fall "in" love with someone. There were probably signs that you didn't notice, things she said or things that she was doing differently...bad part is, we get into such a routine of our own when we have been with someone for a while that we aren't aware of the subtle changes...we take the relationship for granted and get a little too comfortable.
Her love for you is gone. I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but it doesn't come back. People in this forum are telling you to move on that you won't trust her, well this is very true. However, on the flip side of that, if she were to come back, are the things that caused her to leave and her love to die something you are willing to work on?  Just being the devils advocate here, and I'm sure the embarassment of having her with another man is no fun. Takes two to make and/or break anything. Relationships are hard, but when you ignore danger signs...well...you know!
Good luck to you in what ever you do. What ever it is, make sure it's really what you want and then just do it.

Why do you want to do this, you will never trust her again, and that is that. Im going through the same thing,but i wasnt married. I came home from work and he gave me an eviction notice 3 day. Me and my 2 kids ( 18 yrs & 4yrs) packed up and moved after 11 1/2 years together. This was in October. I have finally realized move on dumb ass, it will never be the sam again. Now child support has went into effect and he is singing the blues, and trying to be nice to me. Cancel everything you pay for life ins, car ins, credit cards, and oh yea ask her for a piece of ass ofter you screw her over the way she did you. Move on its not easy, and your not the only person ever have this happed. Take care of yourself and dont forget, she will do it agin to you if you ever give her the chance. I wish you the best, it does get easier, trust me been there dont that. Have a great summer!!
