And davewave, it considered a very mild offense, rarely ever prosecuted or even pursued. It falls under a morality clause which is virtually impossible to prove.

i agree with what most have said already...it's past time to file for divorce.
FILE...she is with another guy, not you! You cannot make someone love you...I suggest you start moving on with your life and although that hurts and it just sucks, it's over, you need to start thinking of YOU and what you want for your future. It is very possible to be happy again, but you can't do that until you have left the past in the past.
